Supply, installing, testing and commissioning outdoor type, floor mounted step down transformer, 11 KV/433 Volts (at no load) AC 3 phase 50 Hz, 250 KVA capacity, core type, double copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, Oil Natural- Air Natural , with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYN-11 with Neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side) and having tapings at +7.5%,+5%, +2.5%, 0%, -2.5%, - 5.0%, -7.5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 40 degree Celsius in oil and 45 degree Celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run. The transformer shall be confirming to IS-1180 (updated),Energy Efficiency level-III complete all as specified and directed and shall including comprise of the following :-

(i) Three Nos porcelain bushing suitable for 11 KV on HV side complete with copper rods, nuts and washers. (ii) One cable box on LT side (Secondary side) consisting of four Nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, with cable glands suitable for reception / taking out of 500 sq mm 3.5 core , LT 1100 volts grade PVC / XLPE insulated & sheathed, heavy duty, armoured cables including joint and jointing materials complete. (iii) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge. (iv) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (silica gel). (v) Explosive vent, Thermometer pocket on tank cover, Oil level gauge, Oil drain filter valve, Lifting lugs for complete transformer and as well as core and winding assembly, Oil filling hole with cap / plug with connection plate complete, Air release valve plug and four Nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers. (vi) One No 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapor pressure type, having range 0-120 degree Celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re-setting device. (vii) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 25 x 4 mm galvanized iron earth strip for earthing of body and one no. HV side neutral grounding earth strip. (viii) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (ix) First filling of new and unused transformer oil, IS-335 marked (Make Savita / Power Link) filtered and tested upto 40 KV dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrodes. (x) One filter valve on the upper side of tank. (xi) Arcing horns for HT side (01 No per phase) Note : (i) PCC platform for transformer, chain link fencing gate shall be measured & paid separately. (ii) Factory inspection of transformer shall be carried out by Rep of Accepting Officer, Contractor has to intimate the same well in advance, cost of same shall be deemed to be included in quoted unit rates.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of HT Underground XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 11 KV grade(Earthed) of size 120 sqmm 3 core confirming to IS-7098 Pt-II, cable laid in trenches /walls /ducts/ poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of HT Underground XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 11 KV grade(Earthed) of size 95 sqmm 3 core confirming to IS-7098 Pt-II, cable laid in trenches /walls /ducts/ poles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work using old size fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for hardcore of gauge n exc 63 mm , deposited , spread and leveled in layers n exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface with broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and directed.

'M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, mass concrete and filling etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surface finished fair & even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate finished cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement as in flooring complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating post holes or similar holes, each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out in any type of soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 M and making good surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with using galvanized iron strip 25 x 4 mm as earthing lead with galvanized steel earth plate electrode size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground levels with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected to and including galvanized iron strip earth lead 25 x 4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized including GI protection pipe medium grade 40 mm bore connected to main earth on pole or control board and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering funnel with wire mesh.
