PART I : CIVIL WORKS

Providing a temporary proping support to the RCC Slab, Beam with the help of 'C' class pipe adjustable MS prop having length of about 5 m with full opening with top & bottom to be fitted with teak wood section & shuttering ply with varying size of about 1m x 1m. this supporting shall be carried out till the completion of the work withoput damaging any surroundings etc. all as directed by EIC.

Removing & Refixing the existing Sintex OHWT at the roof terrace level as per the below order. i) Existing sintex OHWT of 1500 & 3000 ltr to be removed by all the connections carefully without damaging tank & keep it at the safe place till the completion of work at ground floor. ii) After completion of work, the same tank is to be fitted over a newly made platform and connected to all the necessary inlet and outlet connections with all pipeline of cPVC. iii) Care shall be taken while movement of the tank that there shall not be any damage to the tank. iv) Any damages to the tank while removing, refixing, and transportation shall be carried out by the agency at his/her own cost. v) While refixing the tank, all the pipes, valves, and other fittings shall be paid under the relevant item.

Providing, placing, and fixing of Sintex water storage tanks in various capacities at all floor levels as per ISO 21702:2019 marked, with a 15-year warrantee, with cover and locking arrangements with inlet, outlet, overflow, and air release connections as per manufacturer standards. The material of the tank shall be FDA-approved plastic with high-quality PUF insulation at the outer layer, etc., all as directed by EIC.

Dismantling / demolishing work by manual/ Chiselling/ mechnical means, carefully without damaging & disturbing adjacent part of structures, at all levels, locations & floors including labour, machine, scaffolding, loading, unloading, transportation, stacking of serviceable material at directed place & disposal of debris & unserviceable material outside DAE Colony, scaffolding at any height above ground level etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick masonry work in cement mortar including cement mortar plastering / pointing work

Plain Cement Concrete (PCC)

Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) including cutting of steel reinforcement bars by cutter, gas welding etc

Old Cement Plaster up to 40 mm thickness, (Rough cast / sand faced / neat cement finished/ IPS at horizontal surface) including cleaning the surface & raking out joints

Kotah Stone/ Skirting/ flooring/ DADO work including backing/bedding cement mortar

Disposing off the unclaimed debris by manual/ mechanical transport to the near by Local Municipal Authority approved dumping pits/ dumping area outside colony including from all floors (any Height) with all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, spreading, levelling etc. complete as per drawings, specifications & as directed by the Engineer in charge. The disposal shall be as per latest guidelines of Construction & Demolition waste management plan as approved by Local Municipal Authority. Royalty for transportation, disposal of Rock, spreading etc. including obtaining permission from statutory authority, if any shall be borne by the contractor. Note: Voids @ 20% shall be deducted from fully loaded truck for measurements.

Filling the crack over roof terraces with following operation consisting of, i) open the crack with V grove 25 mm deep. ii) Cleaning thoroughly with wire brush and subsequently with water. iii) Mixing of Zycoprime and water in the ratio of 1:2:20 and pouring in V grove till the grove is fully filled/ saturated, allow setting for set for 24 hrs. iv) Crack filling with the mixture of Elastobar of M/s. Zycocil or equivalent and cement and silica sand in the ratio of 1:1:2 by weight allow setting for 6 hrs. v) Applying elastobar of M/s. Zycocil or equivalent, coating with elastobar and cement with ratio 1:1 both ways by brushing, allow drying for 3 hrs. vi) Apply a coat of mixture of Zycoprime and cement in the ratio of 1:1 covring the grove for about 100 mm each side. vii) Measurement shall be taken as per kg. Consumption of Elastobar only for above mentioned opreation all as directed by EIC.

Injecting approved low viscous epoxy grout into concrete slab, stone masonry cracks, columns etc. by suitable gun/ pump at required pressures of 3-4 kg/Sqcm by providing necessary scaffolding, drilling and inserting 12mm dia. Brass grouting multiperforated nipples up to 30mm to 40mm depth, using M Seal, Quartz sand around the nipple, cutting of nipples after curing, cleaning etc. complete. (This item shall be paid on actual consumption of epoxy used in Kgs.)

Reinforced cement concrete of grade M-30 in sub structure/super structure conforming to IS 456-2000 (Cement @ 340Kg/Cum), at all floors and levels for all structural members in all geometrical shapes/ design as per drawings using graded stone aggregate of20mm and down graded including machine mixing, conveying, placing, Centering, Shuttering in all position, mechanical compaction/ consolidation, proper finishing, curing for 7 days, etc. complete all as per drawings, specifications & as directed by Engineer in Charge.

For all type of Structural / RCC Elements

Providing and fixing in position steel bars reinforcement of various diameters for R.C.C. pile, pile caps, footings, raft, retaining wall, shear wall, lift wall, foundations, slabs, beams, columns, canopies, staircases, newels, chajjas, lintels, pardies, coping, fins, arches, etc. as per detailed designs, drawings and bar bending schedules including straightening, cutting, bending, hooking the bars, binding with wires or tack welding, supporting as required etc. all complete at all levels. Note : Cost of binding wires shall be borne by the agency & it will not be measured for payment.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated steel bars. (Fe 500 D)

Providing waterproofing treatment to terrace slab by laying flooring of broken china mosaic tiles of plain finish of required size & laid on 25mm to 38mm thick 1:2 Cement Mortar bedding with waterproofing compound after grouting of existing slab with neat cement to proper gradient at 1:100 with half round vata in 1:2:4 c.c. with necessary plaster in 1:3 C.M. at the junction with walls and the required number of expansion joint as per the directions etc. complete. The rate also includes watering, tamping, curing and cleaning with wooden dust the top of all dust, loose materials, stains, and machine polished etc. complete all as directed by EIC.

Providing & Applying (Roller/ Brush applied) minimum 1.6 mm DFT, seamless elastomeric hydrophobic waterbased Polyurethane water proofing membrane for open to sky roof terrace surface of flexible dispersion treatment, UV resistant, chemical and thermal resistant, resistance to weathering, resistance to hydrostatic water pressure, optimum elongation & crack bridging ability, single component based, over existing surfaces (terraces, parapets) including surface preparation as per general notes, pure epoxy primer coat of Resin : Hardner (2.7 : 7.3), reinforcing geotextile membrane and multiple layers of PU chemical coat to cross-direction to each other, including removing of the existing waterproofing Layers/treatment till naked surface & disposing of all the debris outside DAE premises, all the operation, application including safety measures/ precautions shall be done as per the manufacturers specifications strictly and as directed by EIC, using any of the following waterproofing systems, such as 1) Smartcare PU Aqua of M/s Asian paints 2) Polyurea WPE of M/s Fosroc 3) Kemperol 1K of M/s Kemperol systems etc.

(i) Over terrace slab, top of water tank and parapet etc. at all levels

Sand faced cement plaster 20 mm thick in CM 1:4, two coats using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Easy plast' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnical mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces with base coat of 12 mm thick and finishing coat of 8 mm thick final rendering,including using richer mix for making corners if necessary, at all floors and level, including scaffolding, making grooves of existing size wherever required, including cleaning the surfaces, curing etc. including removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposing off debris outside colony etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing & fixing on Exposed surfaces the following dia Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (C-PVC) pipe of specified class of M/s. SUPREME / PRINCE or other approved equivalent consisting following items of work:- i) Supplying & fixing C-PVC pipes, including necessary all fittings conforming to IS 15778. ii) Laying and fixing the pipe and specials on exposed surfaces to correct line, level and plumb for water supply line, overflow and vent using SS nails/screws, rawl plugs, wooden gutties and branded clamps of Supreme/Prince make to the pipeline as per the site requirement. iii) Testing the pipe line to a hydraulic pressure as per manufacturers catalogue for leak proof joint. iv) Making leak proof threaded / solvent joints. including cutting the pipe, Joint preparation, cleaning, marking, application of solvent, assembling, curing etc. and the cost of jointing solvent cement of strong weld HP cPVC Solvent materials. v) Cutting or making hole or chases in RCC or brick work structure such as wall, column, beam, slab, chajja, dado etc. for passing the pipe line and reinstating all the damage to its original condition. proof joints. vi) Providing and fixing C-PVC jointable / threaded fittings such as Coupling, Elbow 90° (Brass), female threaded Elbow 90° (Brass), Equal Tee, Brass Tee, End Caps, Male threaded Adaptor (Brass), Female threaded Adaptor (Brass), Elbow 45°, Cross Tee, Step Over bend, End Plug threaded Heavy, Tank Nipple, Tank Nipple plain, Fab Bend, Flange with Socket, Transition Bushing, Metal Clamp (Powder Coated), Union, Reducing Coupling, Reducing Fittings, Expansion loops, Bypass bends, etc vii) including removing existing GI/ cPVC pipe line with fittings and specials etc incuding handing over to dept stores. Note:- All brass threaded elbows and fittings shall be with additional support type of M/s. Prime, Supreme or other equivalent approved by EIC including necessary fixing arrangement such as screws, plug etc complete. ( Mode measurement :- The measurement shall per Unit RM length of pipe line laid or fixed. The measurement shall be taken along centre line of pipe.
