Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.

Providing, fabricating, supplying and fixing view cutter cum noise barrier on existing parapet wall of Janak Setu Flyover using 10 mm thick multi-walled polycarbonate sheets, UV-protected (co-extruded UV layer on outer surface), translucent/opal colour, complete with MS structural framework, aluminium fixing profiles, rubber gaskets, anchoring system and all accessories, including all labour, tools and plants, scaffolding, safety arrangements, testing and commissioning, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The item shall include: • 10 mm thick multi-walled polycarbonate sheets, UV-stabilized, impact resistant, fire retardant, light transmitting, cut to size, fixed with proper orientation of UV-protected side. • MS structural framework comprising of built-up sections / RHS / angles / flats, of approved size and minimum 3–4 mm thickness, fabricated, welded, erected and securely fixed to existing parapet using chemical anchor fasteners / foundation bolts of approved make and size. • Surface preparation of MS members including cleaning, de-rusting and application of one coat of zinc-rich epoxy primer, followed by two coats of epoxy / polyurethane paint of approved shade, or hot-dip galvanization as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. • Aluminium H-profiles, U-profiles and end caps of approved make for fixing and jointing of polycarbonate sheets. • EPDM rubber gaskets / neoprene beading for watertight, vibration-free and noise-free fixing. • Stainless steel / galvanized nuts, bolts, screws, washers and fasteners, including slotted holes for thermal expansion. • Provision of anti-vibration pads, sealing compounds, edge protection and all necessary fittings. • Cutting, drilling, hoisting, erection, alignment and finishing, ensuring proper slope, drainage and safety. • Traffic safety arrangements, barricading, warning signage, night reflectors and lights during execution. • Sample approval, mock-up installation (if required) and rectification of defects. • All incidental works, including protection of existing structure, making good damages, cleaning and handing over. Nothing extra shall be paid for MS framework, painting/galvanization, profiles, fasteners, scaffolding, traffic management, tools & plants, or any other ancillary item.
