Dismantling and taking down old Refrigeration system including various type comprising compressors,condenser ,insulations,doors etc. and all connected items including demolition of foundation for facilating replacement of BER Cold and cool room with new sysyem and removing from site all as directed. Note:- The items obtained from dismantling i.e from Sl No.2 and 3 shall be deposited to MES store yard.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of cold room for a room size of 7m x 7m x 4m (external dimensions) consisting of walls and ceiling panels made out of SS-304 (inner and outer skin) of 24 SWG sheet 127 mm thick ecofriendly cyclopentane PUF Panels SS inside and PPGI outside and floor insulation of PUF slab of 100 mm thickness for maintaining temperature of (minus) -18°C ± 2°C, with non CFC refrigerant R404 a , 3 nos and door of size 34"x78" SS 304 swing type, 3 nos heavy duty hinges with insulation of 127 mm thickness including copper pipe upto 20 running meter , door heaters, digital temperature indicators, controller unit, ball valves in suction and discharge lines and all safety measures of capacity not below 72000 Btu/Hr (3x 24000 Btu/Hr), with provision of man lock inside , manual internal override, internal electric hooter, external key lock, indoor to outdoor cable including Cu piping with insulation, communication frame condensor stand protective shed for condensing units and foundation works and stainless steel 304 racks - 11 nos of size 7ft x 3.5 ft x 7.5 ft with 3 shelfs and 3 mm gauge thickness complete. Make Blue star/ carrier all as per manufacturer recommendations & instructions Note : contractor shall prepare & submit detail drawing of complete cold room along with position and dimension of rack, railing & indoor unit for approval by the GE before installation.

Supply, install, commissioning and testing of commercial Air curtain unit for prevention of dust and conditioned air losses, single phase, 220 V, 50Hz, made out of MS/CRCA sheet of minimum thickness 18 gauge finished with two coats of red oxide primer and final coat of synthetic enamel paint (oven baked) with MS -CRC 18 gauge square perforated suction grills, Aluminium alloy fans and single phase electric motor,limit switch for automatic ON/OFF operation , painted plywood/wooden stand of min 5mm thickness, nozzles etc, complete with fittings and accessories so as to produce 1 - 1.5 m/sec air velocity at floor level for door opening 34" x 78" complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm two single core PVC insulated, sheathed 1100volts agrade cable with stranded copper conductor FRLS grade conforming to IS-694 part II with ISI mark FRLS grade drawn through and including suitable size rigid non metalic PVC conduit concealed with all accessories, including suitable size sunkpresses steel or cast iron terminal box with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover fixed flush with wall surface by means of brass screw and sunk cup washers for mounting of switches, sockets, fan regulators etc including providing 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated sheathed stranded copper conductor cable as earth wire connected to metallic bodies of luminaires/fan etc at one end and to common earth dolly at other end all as specified for fan/light point

M&L for point wiring with two single core 4 Sq.mm size multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated cables and one single core 2.5 Sq.mm size green colour PVC insulated,multistranded copper conductor PVC cable as earth continuity conductor,1100 volts grade, complete drawn in and including rigid PVC CONDUIT and conduit accessories,confirming to IS specifications,concealed in wall/ ceiling /trusses with suitable clamps, screws etc., including 1.22 mm thick MS terminal boxes with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover fixed with cadmium plated iron screws for mounting SOCKETS OUTLET 15 Amps multi purpose on independent board ches, sockets, fan regulators etc.,including connecting up and testing, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs LED tube rod 20 Watt, 6500 K, 1200 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Integral sleek CRCA housing box type luminaire suitable for ONE T8 LED tube light with white acrylic cover suitable for upto 1x20 watts LED tube light.

Supply,install, commission and testing cubical type LT panel board of indoor type, manufactured by a CPRI approved factory, floor mounted, dust & vermin proof,front and rear operated door with necessary locking arrangement duly painted with two coat. The panel shall be suitable for 415 Volts, 50 HZ, 3 Phase 4 wire system and shall be complete with bus couplar suitable capacity Aluminium bus bar ) with suitable size of PVC insulated copper conductor, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing 415V 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) TPN 40-100 Amps current carrying capacity with the box complete with connection testing and commissioning.

Supply and fix in repairs switch socket combination 16 Amp, 3 in 1 flush type, make ISI marked, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair switch in repair piano 5 amps one way flush type , all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrod 60cmx60cmx6mm thick,burried directly in ground(earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below round level) with top edgeof the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level,connected to galvanised iron strip 25x4 mm as earth lead by means of bolts,nuts,check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in plate no 3 to the earthing test point all as specified and indicated including testing on compltetion.

Supply & fixing testing and commissioning of 4 core 25 Sqmm XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, LT UG electric cable with aluminum conductor 1100 volt grade including provision of lugs, glands etc laid in trenches or fixed on wall/pole or drawn through GI pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
