Shifting of 530 MT (Appx) GI Pipes from SICOP store at Bari Brahmana to the stores of Quality Control & Procurement Division (QCPD) Narwal Jammu by way of de-stacking and loading of G I Pipes into mechanical transport at SICOP store Bari Brahmana within 100 mtr. Radius, transporting to the stores of QCPD Jammu and unloading and stacking the same in the store premises of QCPD Narwal Jammu. The job includes handling / labour charges on account of loading/unloading of Material and hire charges of vehicles for transportation.

Shifting of 150 mm and 200 mm diameter D.I. pipes (approximately 200 numbers) from Pumping Station Sitlee, Nagrota to the Divisional Store of the Quality Control and Procurement Division, Jammu, by hiring trucks, engaging manual labour, and deploying a hydraulic crane for loading at Pumping Station Sitlee and unloading at Quality Control and Procurement Division, Narwal, Jammu. The job also includes proper stacking of pipes inside the Divisional Store at the time of unloading. Shifting of HDPE pipes (approximately 175 KM) of various diameters from Bhagwati Nagar Store, Jammu, to the Divisional Store of QCPD Jammu at Narwal. The scope of work includes complete handling, transportation, and safe delivery of the material from the source store to the destination store. The contractor shall arrange suitable trucks to ensure safe transportation of the pipes. The work includes engagement of manual labour for careful loading of the material at Bhagwati Nagar Store and unloading and proper stacking at the Divisional Store, Narwal, Jammu. The HDPE pipes to be shifted are in coil form of 200 m, 100 m, and 50 m lengths for diameters of 25 mm, 32 mm, 40 mm, 63 mm, and 75 mm. Additionally, HDPE pipes of 90 mm and 110 mm diameters are in straight lengths of 6 m each. The scope of work further includes systematic and proper stacking of the material inside the Divisional Store at Narwal after unloading. The stacking shall be done in an orderly manner as per the instructions of the store in-charge, ensuring easy identification, counting, and future handling of the material. The quoted rate for the job shall be inclusive of all costs, including labour charges, truck hire charges, loading and unloading expenses, fuel, transportation, incidental expenses, and all applicable taxes and duties. No additional payment on any account shall be entertained beyond the agreed rates.
