REPAIR/MAINT OF FLOORING IN HANGAR OF TECH AREA AT AF STN GWALIOR

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete /pavement quality concrete in ground floors and pavings below or above ground level by means of machanical methed including cutting by machine of existing edges/ boundary of any thikness and removing the demolished material exc.1.5 km but not exc. 5 km from site /out of defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pavement quality control concrete using crushed stone aggregate having minimum field flexural sength of 40 Kg/Sq Cm and characteristic compressive strength 40 N/Sqmm in pavement using non circular/triangular synthetic fibre @ 0.25% by weight of cement used laid to level, gradient and camber including necessary form work and laying of polythene under and side of concrete complete all as specified and directed. Note : Non circular / trinagular fibre shall be measured and paid for seperately as supply only.

Supply only polyester non-circular/traingular fibres 6 to 12mm long with circum circle diameter 30-35 micron, designed for melting point of 240-260 degree celcius and having specific gravity of 1.34 to 1.40 complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Relience Industries Ltd/M/s New Look Enterprises or make as approved by GE.

M&L for forming 20mm thick expansion joint to full depth of slabs and filled with compressible rubber filler board (Silflex Dura board HD 100 of make Supreme or equivalent) and top 30mm pprimed and sealed with and using polyurethane based sealing compound with suitable primer as per manufacturer's recommendations, complete all as specified and as directed (including cutting edges of existing pavements for forming expansion joints between existing and proposed slab if required).

M&L for forming contraction/dummy joint 10mm wide and 65mm deep, top 30mm primed and sealed with polyurethane based sealing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of concrete floor surface of any descreption and in any position by brooming down/wire brushing & finally cleaning with compressor and to make the surface dust free and providing 5mm thick antistatic EPU flooring including prime coat, screed coat, copper tape, conductive coat, self leveling top coat, all as specified and application of Epoxy polyurethane paint all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Cipy Polyurathene Pvt Ltd, M/s FOSROC, M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd, M/s BASF India Ltd.

M&L for complete removal old existing EPU floor surface of any descreption and in any position by mechanical means, wire brushing and brooming down/ finally cleaning with compressor and to make the surface dust free and providing 5mm thick antistatic EPU flooring including prime coat, screed coat, copper tape, conductive coat, self leveling top coat including removing old sealent, cleaning and filling existing joints all as specified and application of Epoxy polyurethane paint all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for forming costruction joint 10mm wide and 30mm deep filled with polyurethane based sealing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note for Item No 1 to 8: Necessary arrangements shall be made by the contractor to protect important T&P of AF Authoritiy from dust and also without disturbing the AF working functional simultaneously.
