Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on stone surface/brick surfaces of walls including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exc 15cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.
Demolition of brick work, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railigs upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, sligtly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and benching including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Forming fair finished channel for drain using extra cement shall be measured and paid for separately.
Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faced or on other than fair face surface of brick masonary or concrete surface of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls & applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint and filling cement based putty in cracks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
S&F factory casted 60mm thick machine pressed cement concrete interlocking paving blocks M-35 having compressive strength not less than 350 Kg / Sqcm using grey cement and no pigment and of shape hexagon/ triangular / zigzag / I-shaped / Three-X etc as directed conforming to IS 15658-2006, laid over & including 25mm thick sand cushion (local tibba sand), laid dry, joint filled with dry sand complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
M & L for glossy finished chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick laid in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with grey cement and pigment to match the shade of tiles over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar (1:3) including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Plinth protection shall be laid to slope (1 in 30) in bays not exceeding 3 metre in length and joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with sealing compound grade B. Cost of ceiling compund is included in the unit rate of this item complete all as spcified and directed.
M&L for mild steel work as in Hand rails, half round, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing incld drilling bolting or riveting etc. wind tie for roof including cutting topes to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron (for securing wire mesh) conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Dismantling posts or struts ( wood, steel or RCC) embedded in concrete, brick work etc, any section and any length including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Dismantling of existing galvanised iron steel barbed wire/ chain link fencing shall be measured and paid for separately.
Dismalting chain link fencing of any description fixed to any type of fencing posts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
M & L for PCC (1:3:6) typeC-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation for stays & mass concrete including necessary form work and fair finishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, cooler stand 12mm sq guard bar, framework of water tanks and similar works of quality Fe 290 (Gde E-165) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
S&F mild steel round bars 10mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape as in tie bar fixed to chain link fencing including necessary welding where required as per site requirement & other similar works conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Fixing only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing of any mesh, size and type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
S&F in repair galvanized 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
S&F MS screw bolt 05 to 10mm dia, length of bolt not exceeding 50mm long machine made with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other or serewed both ends, each screwed end fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
M&L for preparation of old concrete surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
M&L for preparation of new untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description, not exc. 10 cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum in soft / loose soil, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
