Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) (As per DSR 15.2.1)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (As per DSR 4.1.3)

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge cement mortar (As per DSR 15.9.2)

Coursed rubble masonry with hard stone (first or second sort) in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level. Masonry work (first sort), in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) (As per DSR 7.8.1)

Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead (As per DSR 15.25)

40 mm thick fine dressed stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand), including pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone. Red Sand Stone (As per DSR 11.29.1)

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge Polished Granite stone slab of all colour and texture except Black, Cherry/Ruby Red (As per DSR 11.56.2)

Brick work with common burnt clay selected F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in exposed brick work including making horizontal and vertical grooves 10 mm wide 12 mm deep complete in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) From ground level upto plinth level (As per DSR 6.26.1)

Brick work with common burnt clay selected F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in exposed brick work including making horizontal and vertical grooves 10 mm wide 12 mm deep complete in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) Above plinth level upto floor V level (As per DSR 6.26.2)

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 25 mm thick (As per DSR 11.26.1)
