To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26, Satisfactorily completed (at least 50% of the contract value i.e 21.72 Lakhs), as prime contractor, at least one similar work of Providing necessary infrastructure for the Ganesh Visarjana Kendra

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26, Achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 12.24 lakhs (usually not less than the estimated cost under this contract and Turnover certificate from CA with valid UDIN No. to be furnished along with necessary documents)

Each tenderer should further demonstrate, Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs. 3.67 lakhs (Credit lines/letter of credit/certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.) (usually 30% of the amount of contract) in the format given in the bid document

Bidder should be minimum Class III P.W.D registered Civil contractor

Each tenderer should further demonstrate: Availability by owning at least 50% of the required key and critical equipment for this work and the remaining 50% can be deployed on lease /hire basis for all works provided, the relevant documents (Applicants shall indicate the make, year of manufacture, capacity and working conditions of each of the equipments along with RC issued by R.T.O. for all applicable vehicles or Sale deed or purchase invoice, hire/lease agreements shall be furnished. 1 No of Mobile Hydraulic Crane 5 t capacity Owned or Hired or Lease, 4 Nos of Tractors 2 Owned, 2 Hired/Leased, Water Tanker (Owned/Hired/Lease)

Bidder should furnish site inspection report (The site inspection condition has been incorporated in public interest to enable the bidders to understand in advance the nature of the work, local site conditions, access arrangements, availability of water/electricity, and the technical challenges involved in execution of the work.
