Job for supply of unskilled manpower for upkeeping AAI premises of Hostel, Community Hall, ASTI, Officers Institute (Mess) and other connected areas, carrying out day to day cleaning of room space, common area, washrooms , glazing and outdoor paved, non-paved areas including dusting of furniture, fixtures etc., washing and maintaining of cutlery items , soft furnishing items etc as per requirement from time to time according to the special conditions of contract and as per the directions of Engineer In Charge. (A job is defined as supply of 09 nos. unskilled manpower for 26 days a month i.e. 234 unskilled manpower per month including minor T&P as per direction of Engineer in Charge)

Job for supply of Semi-skilled manpower for Hostel Laundery Services for all types of Laundery works in the premises of AAI Hostel, Community Hall, ASTI, Officers Institute (Mess) and other connected areas including washing and cleaning all the bed sheets, pillow cover, towel etc as per requirement from time to time according to the special conditions of contract and as per the directions of Engineer In Charge. (A job is defined as supply of 01 no. of Semi-skilled manpower for 26 days a month i.e. 26 Semi-skilled manpower per month)

Job for supply of skilled manpower for Hostel Reception cum supervisory Services for all upkeep works in the premises of AAI Hostel, Community Hall, ASTI, Officers Institute (Mess) and other connected areas including guest facilitation, maintenance of register/records for hostel occupancy, upkeep, inventory etc as per requirement from time to time according to the special conditions of contract and as per the directions of Engineer In Charge. (A job is defined as supply of 03 nos. skilled manpower for 26 days a month i.e. 78 skilled manpower per month)

Providing of Tooth Paste 16 gm of make Colgate or approved equivalent for occupant of Hostel rooms as and when required and as per special conditions of Contract as per directions and satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing of Tooth Brush of make Oral-B (Soft bristles) or approved equivalent for occupant of Hostel rooms as and when required and as per special conditions of Contract as per directions and satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing of Bathing Soap Bar 10 gm of make MediMix/ Hamaam or approved equivalent for occupant of Hostel rooms as and when required and as per special conditions of Contract as per directions and satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing of Milk powder sachet 03 gm of make Nestle/Amul/Amulya or approved equivalent for occupant of Hostel rooms as and when required and as per special conditions of Contract as per directions and satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing of Sugar powder sachet 05 gm of make Trust or approved equivalent for occupant of Hostel rooms as and when required and as per special conditions of Contract as per directions and satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing of Teabag Sachet Pouch (Green Tea/Black Tea) 1.4 gm of make Tetley or approved equivalent for occupant of Hostel rooms as and when required and as per special conditions of Contract as per directions and satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing of Instant coffe sachet 1.0 gm of make Nestle/Bru/Sunrise or approved equivalent for occupant of Hostel rooms as and when required and as per special conditions of Contract as per directions and satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing of Disposable Twin blade Shaving razor of make Gillette or approved equivalent for occupant of Hostel rooms as and when required and as per special conditions of Contract as per directions and satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing of Shaving Gel Sachet 4 gm of make Gillette or approved equivalent for occupant of Hostel rooms as and when required and as per special conditions of Contract as per directions and satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing of Almondrops Hair oil sachet 2.4 ml of make Bajaj or approved equivalent for occupant of Hostel rooms as and when required and as per special conditions of Contract as per directions and satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Supply of English Newspaper (ASSAM TRIBUNE) everyday for Hostel Front office as per directions of EIC

Supply of Hindi Newspaper (PURBANCHAL PROHRI) everyday for Hostel Front office as per directions of Engineer in Charge.

Supply of Assamese Newspaper (PRATIDIN) everyday for Hostel Front office as per directions of Engineer in Charge.

Recharging of cable (North East Royal package) for existing Television for Hostel rooms as and when required and as per special conditions of Contract as per directions and satisfaction of EIC.
