Earth work in excavation of all kind of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) , as directed by Engineer-incharge

Exacavation in trenches, n. exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shaft ,wall, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. n. exc 10 Sqm on plan and n. exc 1.5m in depth in any type of soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete.

Removing excavated material exc. 50m but n. exc 100m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in mass concrete, foundation / floor sub base and any other location etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L RCC 1:1.5:3 A-1 nominal mix (20 mm graded aggregate) as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts, struts and the like as spd and directed

M & L RCC 1:1.5:3 A-1 nominal mix (20 mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams for columns, plinth beam etc.; basement slabs, underreamed piles and mass concrete and the like as spd and directed

Use and waste formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beam, sides and soffits(if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work, vertical or to batter surfaces for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste formwork rough finished surface of concrete as in Square, rectangular or polygonal to sides of columns, pillars, posts, struts, piers etc.complete all as specified and directed.

S & F TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape as required incl cracking, bending spirally for hooking for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed

Ditto but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders etc.

M&L brick work with fly ash modular bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in plinth protection and similar work, finished concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, parapets and railing upto 60 cm in height, coping, kneelers, apex stones bed plates, etc and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary use and waste of form work, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 10 mm thick on brick wall/cement block wall or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plaster surfaces of wall and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

S & F tubular rolled sections as post, rafter, purlin, and its connected wk for shed structure and similar work complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S. 1161-1976 grade St.-240, all as specified and directed.

M & L Preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise description, over 10 cm width or girth apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in sun shade, roof covering/ cladding to wall, and similar work fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Colour and shape approved by GE (Note : Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately) .

M & L RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls/beams, on ramps and any other location etc. and incl all necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in floor/pavement and similar work, finished concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, and incl conraction joint with filling compound complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 15 mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with water proofing compound as per manufracturer instruction, surface finished even and smooth, and incl cost of liquid water proofing complete all as specified and as directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.and incl Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre. Complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of PCC hard standing in small patches at any places, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. in any kind of soil , getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in floor/pavment and any other location etc. and incl all necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:1.5:3 A-1 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, etc. mass concrete and the like and incl all necessary formwork, as spd and directed

S & F Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer/J hook in roof, wall etc.

M&L Endura vitrified ceramic tiles any shade 09 to 10mm thick polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete, complete design approved by GE, all as specified and directed.

M & L RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1 nominal mix (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in floor/pavment/drain cover slab and any other location etc. and incl all necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed.
