Replacement of damaged / wornout 150mm dia CI sluice valve of 30000 GPH x 167 meter head HC pump set of pumping station Sounthian stage-1st . The job involves dismantling of damaged CI 150mm dia sluice valve and the connected pipe side flanges, fasteners, gaskets etc. on delivery side of HC pump set by way of unfastening / mechanical cutting/ gas cutting and then replacement of old valve, flanges, bolts, gaskets with new CS valve, flanges and allied accessories of reputed make. Thereafter testing the unit and system on load at site. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charge, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. Rebate, if any, should be quoted separately.
Replacement of wornout electro mechanical components of 25000 GPH x 167 meter head HC pump set of pumping station Rathian by way of dismantling of damaged 150mm dia sluice valve CI of delivery side of pump and then providing of new same rating and specifications compatible with the delivery head and it’s fitment on delivery side by way of cutting pipe side flanges, fabrication of new flanges having design and dimensional compatibility with the new valves & welding these with the pipe ensuring complete water tightness without any porosity etc. Installing the valves and securing the flange couplings with fasteners and gasket. Complete with nuts, bolts, gasket and allied gas cutting and welding works. Job further includes providing and fitting of bus bar fitted with aluminum strips on wall approximately 1.5’x1.5’ for connecting aluminum cable on it .Thereafter testing the unit and system on load at site. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, manual carriage, charges, transportation charges hire charges of tools and tackles etc. Rebate, if any, should be quoted separately.
