Supply, install, connecting, testing and commissioning of dozing/ chlorination equipment with high pressure single head adjustable by GE of the following specifications :- Adjustable high pressure 5 Kg/Sqcm, power input single phase 230V, 50 Hz, 40 RPM 1/30 fractional Horse power, Max out put 10 Ltr/ hr with mandatory accessories like lead tubing, connecting ferrules, check valves etc. Accessories must include following :- Preparation tank of net capacity 100 ltrs. FRP doxing tank dia 650 x net height 375 + conical 300. Gross height with stand 1000mm consisting of water inlet line, outlet with strainer. Drain overflow conical bottom for sludge deposition pot hole with cover, level gauge. Agitator 120 watt 900 RPM single phase flanged mounted motor with plastic shaft and impeller. Service tank dia 480 x height 575 net capacity 100 ltrs consisting of water inlet, dosing pump inlet arrangement, drain overflow level gauge inspection port. Agitator 120 watt 900 RPM single phase flange mounted motor with plastic shaft and impeller. Provision of mounting on lid/ wall complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Rate incl of necessary sub main wiring from main DB/ Panel incl provision of switch/ socket 5/15 Amp rated, connected pipe line, NRV, Valves and other connected accessories complete forconnecting dosing system to CI/DI/MS pumping line including drilling and clamping etc complete for making dosing system fully functional as per site requirement. The chemical required will be measured separately.

M&L for sub maint wiring with two run of 10.0 Sqmm single core multistranded PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor (red for phase and black for neutral) of grade 1100 volt FR cable in and including concealed non metalic electrical grade PVC conduit of desired colour not less than 25mm dia and 10.0 Sqmm copper conductor cable PVC unsheathed green coloured for earthing with complete accessories duly connected with earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed incl taking down old unserviceable one. Note :- Two run of 10.0 Sqmm cable for phase and neutral, one run of 10.0 Sqmm cable for earth and one run of PVC conduit laying will be measured as one unit.

Taking down carefully aluminium / copper point wiring including 1.5 Sqamm and 2.5 Sqmm and 5, 15 Amps 3 pin socket outlet, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed ultistranded copper conductor cable of size 2.5 Sqmm including in concealed PVC conduit fittings and making good to the disturbed surfaces with continuous earth wire of copper 2.5 Sqmm dia to common earth inncl . Provn of 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet of appropriate size and fixing to existing CI/MS boxes complete all as specified.

M&L for point wiring PVC insulated and PVC sheathed multistranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm including in concealed PVC conduit fittings and making good to the disturbed surfaces with continuous earth wire of copper 1.5 Sqmm dia to common earth including. Prfovn of 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet of appropriate size and fixing to existing CI/MS boxes for mounting of accessories like surfaces sockets and regulators complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Cost of making good the distrubed surface plastering/ filling putty alongwith matching with the existing colour with MES approval make of distemper is deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor. One light/ fan/ bell point controlled by one way switch.
