S & F framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or gorged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walkways; railings; framework of watertanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and as directed

M & L Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and as directed

S & F in repairs Wind operated Turbo Ventilators of size 24 inches dia, material of construction for ventilator is High grade Industrial Aluminium of thickness not less than 0.5mm, material of construction for Hardware is stainless steel -304. Bearing shall be of steel is completely enclosed and dust proof integrated housing and aligned with each other, It shall have capability to rotate at nearly zero wind speed. Turbo ventilator shall have UV stabilized powder coated and capable of static balancing shall have high exhaust capacity and there shall not be any exhaust problem due to air back draft. Fixing arrangement shall have high quality rubberized hardware to prevent rain Ingress. All Turbo Ventilators are to be installed by manufacturer’s auth person only all as specified and directed. NOTE : (a) The work will be carried out as required on site without damaging the existing structure and necessary arrangement for climbing on the roof of Hangar shall be provided by the Contractor and the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (b) All safety precautions will be taken by the Contractor during execution and the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Taking down and Refixing Wind operated Turbo Ventilators of any size on the Hangars roof top by manufacturer’s authorize person, including fixing missing nut bolts, screws, bearings, greasing, etc all as specified and directed. NOTE : (a) The work will be carried out as required on site without damaging the existing structure and necessary arrangement for climbing on the roof of Hangar shall be provided by the Contractor and the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (b) All safety precautions will be taken by the Contractor during execution and the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

M & L Greasing of hangar track in top and bottom of steel gate / hangar shutter for trouble free operation all as directed by Engineer-in- charge. (Note : Length of Each track shall be measured).

M & L two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth including necessary preparation of surfaces all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing shafts of hangar door wheel and overhauling to existing hangar door wheel through greasing, alignment, replacing the damaged ball bearings of suitable size making functionable and refixing the wheel in the same position complete all as specified and directed NOTE : Supply of ball bearings shall be measured seperately

Supply only Ball bearings of size /no. 6208 or equivalent as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed

Hacking out old broken glass any thickness size quality or description from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing fixing spring/clips all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), (height upto 40m) including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories)

S&F 160 mm bore PVC pipes, class I, 0.25 Mpa, single socket in any length with rubber ring jointed fixed to wall using suitable clamps (height upto 40m) complete all as specified

S&F 250 mm bore PVC pipes, class I, 0.25 Mpa, single socket in any length with rubber ring jointed fixed to wall using suitable clamps (height upto 40m) complete all as specified

Taking down steel rolling shutters gear operated or manual operated rolling shutters replacement of weared parts spring laths etc, crank handle ,bearings,crank shaft etc suitable sizes including any welding required where required and refixing at any height including greasing.(replacement parts measured seperately)

M&L for providing and fabricating mild steel 1. 0 mm thick black sheet as in top cover of rolling shutter fixed to wall in proper size ,shape & position suitable for rolling shutter complete all as specified .

S&F in repairs MS spring for rolling shutter size of spring 450 mm long inner dia not less than 65 mm and MS wire 6mm as approved .

S&F in repairs MS pipe heavy duty of 40 mm dia as in shaft of rolling shutter complete all as approved.

S&F lath section formed from cold rolled strip 1.25mm thick and width as required all as approved .

S&F guide channel 25mm width, depth of channel 65mm not less than 1.0mm thick as required.

Material and labour for one coat of synthetic enamel painting on old painted steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth including preparation complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames of any description with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area exc 1.5 Sqm and n exc 4 sqm each all as specified and as directed and making good the disturbed plastered surfaces with 10 mm plaster in CM 1:6 and final finish as per existing.

Supply and fix powder coated anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix powder coated anodised sliding/hung type aluminium window and ventilator shutters (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron), without sash, aluminium section weighing 0.55 Kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150 mm long (1 No), hinges type B-21 100 mm long (2Nos) suitable handle (1 No), aluminium tower bolt 100 mm (1No) etc. complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix powder coated anodized aluminium grill of 6mm x 6mm bars size of opening 10 cms size mesh with aluminium channel 'F/U' angle aluminium frame work all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 4mm thick figured glass, pin head type and glazing, in squares n exc 0.50 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall/ceiling board any thickness including cover fillets complete

S & F in repairs Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605 x 605mm, for false ceiling, including necessary fixing arrangement with ceiling all as specified

S & F Gypsum Board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions complete.

M & L for preparing new false ceiling of gypsum board surfaces and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the permises etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for light shade vitrified ceramic coloured tiles10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished area of each tile n.exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No.37 here-in-before but on vertical surfaces over 10mm thick screed plaster in CM 1:3.

Taking shutters of any description exc 1 sqm and n exc 2 sqm all as specified and as directed and making good the disturbed plastered surfaces with 10 mm plaster in CM 1:6 and final finish as per existing.

S&F 35mm thick 2nd class hardwood factory made plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm B.W.P commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces , size of rail and stile as per IS:1003 (Part-I), Klin seasoned and chemically pressure treated all as per SSR complete all as directed.

Supply and fix 100mm size stainless steel hinges, medium weight complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix 150 mm long stainless steel tower bolts, fixed in screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix door handle, 125mm size, stainless steel, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix 300mm long stainless steel, sliding door bolt with hasp, stapple (bolt type) and fixing clip of sheet, and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of stainless steel complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Preparing surfaces of new wood and wood based materials of any description and girth, not otherwise described and treated with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer.

S&F in repair door closer hydraulically regulated, aluminium (extruded section) body, designation No.2, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 701 to 850mm in width and of weight between 36 to 60 kg etc complete all as specified & directed.

S & F in repairs 150 mm size (Overall length of cover plate) floor door stopper of aluminium body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring any size/make from existing position all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & Labour for following submain wiring along with earth wire in and including the suitable size of stove enamelled rigid ERW steel conduit incl FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor,two run single core cable for phase & Neutral and single run as earth wire in surface/ recessed as required and directed by Engr-in-charge :- Note - Quoted rate is deemed to be included the charges of necessary T&P/Boom lift / Crane, labour etc and MS work complete all as per site requirement.

Taking down old / unserviceable / burnt LED light fittings / drive/ignator of any type / wattage from existing positions in Hangars at height upto 30 meter including necessary Boom lift / crane etc as per site requirement carefully, checking of fitting, dismantling unserviceable / burnt parts and replacement of parts as per requirement and refixing in the location in hangar as directed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note - 1) Spare parts as required shall be arranged by the Deptt from Fitting manufacturer's aganist their warranty of fittings with Deptt, However if any replacement of minor burnt wires require , the same shall be included in the rate quoted. 2) Quoted rate is deemed to be included the charges of Boom lift / Crane as required, T & P, labour etc complete as per site requirement.

Taking down old / unserviceable Building / Annexes / Hangar security light fittings of any type / wattage from positions from Hangar / Building etc of height up to 30 mtrs and Supply , Fixing and Testing of 150 watts Energy saving LED light fitting , environmental friendly, long life, die-cast aluminium with toughened IP65 flood light,suitable for highlighting architectural facade and general purpose lighting wih neccessary arrangements of nuts,blots,welding works etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge/GE. Note - (i) Quoted rate is deemed to be included the charges of Boom lift , tools and plants etc as per site requirement.and MS work complete as per site requirement.(ii) Contractor should submit warrenty certificate for 5 years from manufacturer.

Taking down old corroded and unserviceable Avaition light fittings of heavy duty dual/twin type light any type and cap from existing positions i.e Towers / Hangars / Buildings / Overhead tanks etc of height up to 30 mtrs and Supply,fixing and Testing LED Twin type Low intensity Aviation light fittings of cap 9W in and including neccessary arrangements of nuts,boltswelding works etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge/GE Note - (i) Quoted rate is deemed to be included the charges of Boom lift , tools and plants etc as per site requirement.and MS work complete as per site requirement.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with using galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick buried directly underground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level connected with and incl galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm including 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade by means of nuts bolts, washers and necessary earth work in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber and RCC(1:2:4)type B-1cover and watering pipe 20 mm dia medium grade with funnel complete with mesh , refiling with soil all as specified. M&L for Maintenance/servicing to Electrically operated sliding door of size upto 20 m height comprising of motor, Gear boxes,chain, Electric control panel, wiring and replacing defective minorparts including cleaning ,greasing of all the moving parts, checking and testing for smmoth functioning of all electical /electronic circuit, motor,gear/mechanical parts etc all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The Major spares reqd shall be measured and paid under relevant item as supply and fixing. (ii) The quoted rate includes S&F necessary minor spare part/accessories like key, chain pin, lugs required for replacement of unserviceable spares/accessories including welding and machining work of any type.(iii) The quoted rate includes consumables like oil/grease and hardware like bolts and nuts,pins,keys etc.

Material and labour for taking down defective electric motor 2HP/3HP,3Ph,415V, 1420RPM, transporting to private work shop dismatling,opening motor, taking out damaged/burnt out winding from three phase motor, cleaning the slots with CTC and rewinding the same with new super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge and turns, oiling and greasing, reassembling and fixing back into position for making motor fully functional and testing for satisfactory running complete all as directed.

Supply and fix Gear box for door motor as per existing specification and size as required at site including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as directed.
