Cutting in earth work in all heights/depths and in all kinds of soil such as kankar, moorum, shingle and decomposed or soft rock and hard rock including their intermediate classification and chiselling/wedging out rock where blasting is prohabited including saturated soil and filling in embankment etc., where necessary and disposal of all excavated un serviceable materials in all leads and lifts including through mechanical transporation, the disposal of unserviceable materials will be done in acquired width of the road or on approved dumping site.

Excavation in earth work etc., in all kinds of soils including spade work, saturated soil, pick work, jumper work, blasting & chiselling/wedging out rock etc.and pumping or bailing out water including dressing of side and beds and stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of surplus earth in all leads and disposed earth to the levelled and neatly dressed including carriage of materials all lead and lifte as per direction of Engineer-in-charg as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts in foundations and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts in foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.: In Foundation and plinth

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling in all heights in all floors and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections including hollow section, trusses and framed work, including cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts :-In beams, joists, channels, angles, tees, flat with connecting plates, angles cleats, as in main and cross beams, hips, jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafter and the like including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts

Providing and fixing M.S. welded mesh 25mmX25mmX2mm thick as per approved design complete by welding with electrical plant complete including applying priming coat of red lead paint as per HP.PWD. Specification 1990 Volume-I and including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts by mechanical means and manual labour and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet Tata Durashine or equivelant in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5microns over 5microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia meter with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stopping With enamel paint other than white paint including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 250x16mm size anodized aluminium sliding door bolt anodized colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etc. complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts (Barrel type) anodized transparent or dyed to required shade and colour with screws etc. complete. including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. 250 X10mm size.

Providing and fixing aluminium handles anodized transparent or dyed to required colour & shade with necessary screws etc. complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.100 mm size.

Providing plinth protection 50mm thick in cement concrete 1: 3: 6 (1 Cement : 3 Sand : 6 Graded stone aggregated 20 mm nominal size) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Disposal of excavated earth by Mechanical means on approved dumping site of M.C. Shimla or on arranged by the contractor. i.e. through all mode of transportation including head load animal load or mechanical means alongwith transportation of the unuseful material for disposing including payment of prescribed charges of dumping to the owener of dumping site through all modes of transporation including head load animal load or mechanical means alongwith its levelling, fine dressing and to complete the work by mechanized means and labour(if any required) All useful materials such as stones, aggregate and slates shall be sorted out and stacked along roads side any loss of the public/private property during the courses of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be dully compensated by him in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge .

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/ reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing PVC water storage tank of ISI : 12701 marked/ PVC Sintex or equivalent, G.I. inlet and outlet connection, 15mm nominal bore ball valve and mosquito proof PVC cover with locking arrangement including hoisting up to all heights above ground level including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in trenches, galvanised mild steel tubes (medium grade), tube fittings (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid separately) including carriage of material within all leads and lifts:- 15mm nominal bore.
