Returning, filling in with approved excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well remmining in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of DWC (Double wall Corrugated) high density polyethylene pipe of size 63 / 50 mm dia, with corrugated outer wall and smooth inner wall confirming to IS-14930 (Part-1&2) (ISI marked) for protection of under ground cable including all fittings and accessories complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for filling in pole foundations & similar works complete all as specifed and directed. Note :- Volume of pole / strut embedded in concrete shall be deducted for the purpose of payment.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for filling in pole foundations & similar works complete all as specifed and directed. Note :- Volume of pole / strut embedded in concrete shall be deducted for the purpose of payment.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping of poles & similar works including necessary form work (straight or curved) surface finished fair & even complete all as specifed and directed. Dismantling & taking out unserviceable / serviceable LT U/G cable from trenches size 6 Sqmm to 120 Sqmm 2/3.5/4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing & commissioning LT XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor, 1100 Volts, 120 Sqmm, 3.5 core (ISI marked), laid in trenches / ducts, through pipe, under floors or road, along poles etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note :(i) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive of insertion of cable through poles by making two holes in each pole, including all necessary welding and associated work as directed. (ii) Excavation, earth work & protection pipe shall be measured & paid for separately.

The enclosure shall be fabricated from CRCA steel sheet of thickness 3.15 mm, dust and vermin proof, subject to a seven tank phosphating process and finished with epoxy powder coating. (c) Painting of coping with two coats of cement base paint. (d) Drilling of necessary holes for cable entry as directed. (e) Marking pole number in letters & figures of size not less than 8 cm height with thick synthetic enamel paint. Disconnection and dismantling of existing serviceable under ground cable of size 10 Sqmm to 120 Sqmm 2/3.5/4 core from LT Panel/Feeder Pillar Box and taking out cable loop from underground by excavation of soft/loose soil including insertion of heat shrinkable PVC colour sleeves on cable cores and crimping of suitable size aluminium cable lugs, refixing / reconnecting the cable in its original position, complete all as specified and as directed.*
S&F in replacement existing LT panel doors size not exc. 1.50 sqm (both shutters) fabricated from 3.15mm thick CRCA MS sheet, complete with hinges, locking arrangement and all necessary accessories including welding / fixing to the existing LT panel at site complete all as specified and directed.
