Annual lawn maintenance contract for KARP, KARP-II, SFSF and WSCD complex during the year 2022-2023

Maintenance of lawns, flower beds, hedges, trees etc., in garden area by watering at regular intervals, cutting and trimming hedges, unwanted growth of grasses as required including running lawn mower, removing weeds, collecting the cut grass, fallen leaves of trees and disposing the same at dumping yards shown by the department, watering the trees inside the garden area complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note:1. The rate shall include the cost of hire charges of lorry and labour for transporting of cut grass, leaves etc., to the dumping yard. 2. The rate shall include the cost of all tools, plants, water delivery hose required for gardening. 3. The rate quoted shall be per Sq.m. area maintained per month. 4. One Mazdoor to be engaged for 1200 sq.m of lawn area. The shortage of attendance during the month will be recorded in measurement book and recoveries effected from the contractor at the rate of Rs. 626/- per day for mazdoor. 5. Contractor has to make his own arrangement for lawn mowers. If lawn mower is not used , then recovery at the rate of Rs.1.49 per sq.m will be levied as penalty from RA bill.

Maintenance of flower pot in garden area by watering at regular intervals, cutting and trimming the unwanted growth of plants as required including removing weeds, collecting the cut grass, fallen leaves of trees and disposing the same at dumping yards shown by the department. Note 1 :The rate shall include the cost of all tools, plants, water delivery hose required for maintaing flower pot 2. The rate quoted shall be one pot per month.

Earth work excavation in all types of soil , mixture of gravel, earth mixed with small size boulders, up to depth of 1.5M below average ground level including leveling the bottom of excavation and disposing the surplus excavated earth with an initial lead of 50 Mts. all as per specification.
