SUPPLY OF 11KV INDOOR RESIN CAST,CT RATIO-400-200/1A-1A, CLASS-5P20/0.2S, BURDEN-15VA/15VA, STC RATIO- 31.5KA FOR 1.0 SEC,

The Bidder should be individual Proprietorship Firm or Partnership Firm or Company Registered under Companies Act/ Partnership Act Registration certificate /SSI Certificate / License issued by the Commerce & Industries Department or any other Government statutory Authority.

The Bidder shall be a manufacturer of 11KV INDOOR CTs and should have minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing, testing and supply of CTs & PTs as on date of bid submission.Purchase order/order completion certificates in respect of experience of minimum 5 years as manufacture shall be uploaded.

The Bidder should have manufacturing facility such as Plant & Machinery and testing equipments along with calibration status.The Bidders shall upload the copies of the Purchase bills/invoices of the machines and the list of Equipments which are installed in their factory premises

The Bidder should have obtained orders from any Government Electrical Utilities/ PSUs /Any Govt. Factories for manufacture, test and supply of 100% of the tendered quantity of 11KV INDOOR CTs in any one of the last 3 years (2022-23, 2023-24& 2024-25).Purchase Order copies placed by any Government Electrical Utilities/ PSUs /Any Govt. Factories shall be uploaded.

The Bidder should furnish following Type Test Certificates conducted as per IS 2705-1992 Standards at CPRI/ ERDA /NABL Accredited Government laboratories/NABL Accredited Government Testing Houses, to ascertain the quality of 11KV INDOOR CTs. Short Time Current Test Temperature Rise Test Lightning Impulse Voltage withstand Test (d) High Voltage Power Frequency wet withstand test (e) Determination of errors, Accuracies, Instrument security factor characteristics at all ratios according to the requirements appropriate designation or accuracy class (as per individual parts of IS 2705-1992). The Type Test Report should not be older than 5 Years (for both indoor and outdoor CTs)Type Test certificates issued from CPRI/ ERDA/ NABL Accredited Government laboratories /NABL Accredited Government Testing Houses shall be uploaded.

The Average Annual Financial Turnover of the Tenderer should be not less than the amount put to tender (However it will be 50% with respect to Micro and Small Enterprises) during the last 3 preceding financial years (2022-23, 2023-24& 2024-25) (last 2 preceding financial years for Micro and Small Enterprises) i.e., (2023-24& 2024-25)Certified copies of audited Financial statements such as P&L statement, Balance sheets for the FY (2022-23, 2023-24& 2024-25) shall be uploaded.
