Special Eligibility Criteria

   Firm should have satisfactory past performance of supplying same or similar item to any Railway. Relevant documents i.e. copy of receipted challan, inspection certificate, R-Note, CRAC, CRN in support of the same to be uploaded/attached. Railway reserves the right to check tenderers' past performance in IREPS, hence if any Firm fails to upload credential, it would be checked in IREPS and evaluation will be done accordingly and if no credential is found so far then the offer will summarily be rejected. No back reference will be made in this regard. (Similar item is defined as- any type of Diesel Generating)

   The Authorized dealer/agent of the OEM must upload tender specific authorization in proper format [preferably as per Annexure-4 of GCC attached], failing by which their offer will be summarily rejected

   The manufacturer shall furnish an undertaking as :The down time to attend complain by the manufacturer during warranty period is not more than 3 days and duration of repairing/replace of defect during warranty is not more than 7 days.

   Recommended Specification for DG Set: : Para wise compliance of attached Technical specification attached at Revised Description (Annexure) must be submitted by bidders or otherwise there offer will be summarily rejected

   Self-Certified Undertaking: : The tenderers shall submit a copy of certificate stating that all their statements/documents submitted along with bid are true and factual. Standard format of certificate to be submitted by the bidder is enclosed as Annexure-l. Non- submission of above certificate by the bidder shall result in summary rejection of his/ their bid. It shall be mandatorily incumbent upon the tenderer to identify, state and submit the supporting documents duly self-attested/ digitally signed by which they/ he is qualifying the Qualifying Criteria mentioned in the Tender Document. It will not be obligatory on the part of Tender Committee/ Accepting Authority to scrutinize beyond the submitted document of tenderer as far as his qualification for the tender is concerned.
