Construction of Mini CSC in Near Primary Health Center at Chinnakmanpatti Village and Panchayat

Earth work excavation for foundation in all classes of soils and sub soil to full depth except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting if required for the sides of foundation Upto 0.30M Depth

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40 mm HBG metal for foundaion including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick. Compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Random rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:5 mix with simultaneous pointing including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Brick work in CM 1 : 5 mix using country bricks ground mould of size 23 x 11 x 7 cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and Erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surface in all floors with all cross bracing using mild steel sheets of size 90x60cm and 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25x25x3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists (Country wood) of size 10x6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10-13cm dia spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10Sqm for the following items (RCC floor slab, roof slab, Rectangular/Square, tee/All beams, lintels, staircase waist slabs, landing slabs, landing beam, portico beam etc.

Cement concrete 1 : 1 ½ : 3 using 20 mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Reinforcement and fabrication charges, centering and shutting but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls sides and bottom of the slabs, beams etc., shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1 : 3, 12mm thick extra as directed by the departmental officers etc.,

Supplying and fabricating RTS / TMT STEEL rods including cutting, bending hooks, cranking, fabricating,assembling and laying in exact position,typing with softsteel wire 16 gauge ,etc., complete conforming to BIS std.

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete.
