M/L Suspended ceiling, which includes saint gobain Ultra ceiling, screw fixed to brick wall/partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screws, at 610mm centres. Then suspendingUltra surface ribbed saint gobain ultra intermidiate channel of size 45mm (with two flenges of 15mm each) from the soffit at 1220mm centres with ultra surface ribbed saint gobain ulta ceiling angle of width 25mm x 10mm fixed to soffit with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners(Mfg by Saint Gobain Gyproc). then ultra ceiling section of 51.5mm and two flenges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm are then fixed to the intermidiate channel with the help of connecting clip and in direction perpendicular to the ultra intermidiateTM channel at 457.5mm centres. single layer gypsum regular board of 12.5mm thk (conforming to IS 2095 part I 1996) is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25mm drywall screw driver or drilling maching with suitable attachment. Finally edges of the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing with Gyproc Jointing compound and Gyproc Joint tape.

M&L for prepration of new surfaces of ceiling applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer over 2 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed. .

Taking down chowkats with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) not exc 1.5 Sqm each.

S&F 8mm thick glass including polishing and fixing with wooden frame work with etching on glass of any type of design /pattern in squares exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane.

M&L Complete removal of existing treatment and applying interior texture paint any design over one coat of interior wall care putty 2mm thick with POP finish on walls including preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
