Mandatory Documents

Required1. Demand Draft / Pay order or Bankers Cheque / Deposit at Call Receipt /FDR/Bank Guarantee of any Commercial Bank against EMD of Executive Engineer, CPWD, Andaman.

Required2. Copy of Receipt for deposition of original EMD issued from any Division office of CPWD where bidder deposited EMD. (Format of deposition receipt should be as per Annexure-I of this section).

Required3. Letter of Transmittal in the format as per Annexure-III of this section.

Required4. Certificate of registration under EPFO Act and PAN card.

Required5. Affidavit as per clause 1.2 of CPWD 6

Required6. Certificate of work experience of completed works as per clause 1.1 of CPWD-6 for e-tendering. (In case of Non-Government works certificate of work experience along with TDS issued shall also be submitted and uploaded mandatorily)

Required7. GST registration certificate of the state in which the work is to be taken up, if already obtained by the bidder. If the bidder has not obtained GST registration in the state in which the work is to be taken up, or as required by GST authorities then in such as case the bidder shall scan and upload following under taking along with other bid documents in his letter head.

RequiredIf work is awarded to me, I/We shall obtain GST registration Certificate of the state, in which work is to be taken up, within one month from the date of receipt of award letter or before release of any payment by CPWD, whichever is earlier, failing which I/We shall be responsible for any delay in payments which will be due towards me/us on a/c of the work executed and/ or for any action taken by CPWD or GST department in this regard.
