Charges for carrying out periodical preventive maintenance works in horizontal split casing Fire Hydrant Pump model 8A 20B such as correcting the alignment of pump with motor, dismantling and removing of chokes in the auxiliary piping connections and re-fixing, dismantling split packing glands in DE & NDE reconditioning, replacement of gland ropes & re-fixing glands, lubricating the pump and motor with fresh lubricants, removal of terminal cover and fan cover of motor and correcting the looseness/removal of fuel filters, cleaning, attending leaks and trial run including the cost of consumables and T&P hire charges.

Charges for carrying out periodical preventive maintenance works in Jockey pump such as correcting the alignment of pump with motor, dismantling and removing of chokes in the strainers and re-fixing, dismantling the packing glands in DE & NDE reconditioning, replacement of gland ropes & re-fixing glands, lubricating the pump and motor with fresh lubricants, removal of terminal cover and fan cover of motor and correcting the looseness and trial run including the cost of consumables and T&P hire charges.

Charges for carrying out periodical preventive maintenance works in sluice valves (300 dia 6- 8 no)/ NRV’s (300 dia -5 nos.) in Fire protection system in the Raw water pump house such as replacement of gland ropes, gaskets, worn-out bolts & nuts and thorough cleaning of overhead headers of Fire Protection System including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges.

Attending puncture in RC lines fire Hydrant /HVWS pumps by patch welding including electrodes, gas, consumables and T&P hire charges but excluding electricity charges.

Charges for attending gland/gasket leaks in sluice valves of 100-200 NB in Hydrant/HVWS system in various location of plant area by replacement of worn-out gland rope/gaskets including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges.

Charges for removal of scrub jungle grown on the sand and consolidating the sand kept for fire quenching in 3 locations in plant area including cost of T&P and consumables.

Charges for rectification of defects fire hydrant valves by closing the nearby isolation valves, dismantling the safe guard arrangements, releasing the valve, thorough cleaning, replacing the worn out internals and re fixing the valve, safe guard arrangement intact and painting including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges.

Charges for engine oil and Gear box oil replacement / topping up of diesel in the Fire Protection diesel engine overhead tanks erected in RWPH by drawal from stores through barrels, filling in the tanks by hand pumps including cost of transportation, T&P and consumables charges

Charges of tightness checking for each cells and battery terminals, measurement of cell voltage applying petroleum jelly & top up of DM water for all batteries.

Charges for attending breakdown work in 200/150 NB sluice valve by overhauling and replacing of flange gaskets of Underground (in valve pits)/Above ground sluice valve in fire hydrant system by releasing the valve, dismantling, thorough cleaning, removing the foreign materials, lapping the gate and its seating, renewal of worn-out gland, gaskets and painting and reassembling intact and erection of the same including cost consumables and T&P hire charges.
