CHARPOY GI PIPE :- FD-220

Removing unserviceable plywood from charpoy GI pipe, S & F new commercial ply wood of size 1980 x 900mm x 12mm thick BWR grade in one piece Make of plywood King Cobra with 10 Nos of semi circular top bolt of 6mm dia 75mm long and nut with galvanised steel washers to be used for fixing of plywood top including drilling holes & following arrangements complete all as specified and shown on drawing. (i) S & F 4 Nos 25mm square MS hollow tube 16 gauge wall thickness of length not less than 28 Cms each welded with fillet weld all around 3 mm thick to GI pipe charpoy at cornner to support plywood all as shown on drawing. (ii) S & F 2 Nos 25mm square MS hollow tube 16 gauge wall thickness of length not less than 83.6 Cms each welded with fillet weld all around 3mm thick to long rails of GI pipe charpoy at equal space to support plywood all as shown on drawing. Note :- (aa) All stee; sections except GI articles and adjoining surfaces of GI pipe which shall be degalvanised during welding of MS hollow pipe shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over coat of red oxide primer. (ab) all the corners of plywood shall be rounded same as per shape of corner elbows of charpoy. (ac) The bolts for fixing of plywood shall be counter sunk type and top of bolt (head) shall be flushed with ply top & finished with suitable filling.

SOFA SET 5 SEATER :- FD-281/373

Taking out old broken/unserviceable arm of sofa set 5 seater and supply & fixing new arm of suitable size made out of 1st class hard wood (MP Teak) including preparation of new surfaces and applying high gloss French polish to match with the existing colour complete.

All as per item No. 2.1 above but broken front leg complete.

All as per item No. 2.1 above but broken rear leg complete.

All as per item No. 2.1 above but broken long rail complete.

All as per item No. 2.1 above but broken back rail of back pieces complete.

All as per item No. 2.1 above but broken wooden battons complete.

All as per item No. 2.1 above but broken wooden bearers complete.

Preparation of surface with glinder after scubbing and maina mild polishing to sofa setwith including to the parts repaired/ replaced under item No. 2 to 2.7 to the required glass to matc the existing complete all specified and colour approved by Engr-in-Charge/GE.

SOFA SET 4 SEATER :- FD-281/373 and TP

Taking down old broken/unserviceable arm of sofa set 4 seater and supply & fixing new arm of suitable size made out of 1st class hard wood (MP Teak) including preparation of new surfaces and applying high gloss French polish to match with the existing colour complete.

All as per item No. 3.1 above but broken long rail complete.

All as per item No. 3.1 above but broken back rail of back pieces complete.

All as per item No. 3.1 above but broken wooden battons complete.

All as per item No. 3.1 above but broken wooden bearers complete.

100 MM thick foam 40 densicty for back of Sofa set including cutting & stitching new lining cloth & finally covering the entire foam (Make- Feather foam) with tepestry cloth shade & colour as approved complete all as directed by Engineer- in-Charge. Note:- Rate should be quoted for each foam sheet size 21" x 22" duly completed.

All as item No.3.6 but 100MM thick foam 40 density for sheet of sofa set including cutting & stitching new lining cloth & finally covering the entire foam Make- feather foam with tepestry cloth shade & colour as approved complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Rate should be quoted for each foam sheet size 21" x 22" duly completed.
