Amount

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre in depth; for foundation, etc. and getting out complete, all as specified.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface in SOFT/LOOSE soil complete, all as specified.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, complete, all as specified.

Removing excavated spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete, all as specified.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in bed block of hold fast, coping including necessary form work etc complete all as specified.

PCC type C-2 (1:3:6), type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in filling & mass concrete complete all as specified.

Precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in manhole / drain covers with 40mm dia holes in the slabs to run off and the like duly placed on manholes with cement mortar (1:4) complete.

Brick work using bricks as specified in PS clause 5.1, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified.

Brick work using old size bricks (EXCEPT BRICKS) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified.

Brick work half brick thick wall using bricks as specified in PS-II clause 5.1, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified.

Brick work half brick thick wall using old size bricks (EXCEPT BRICKS), straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified.

Mild steel works in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden handrail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) in-cluding all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., confirming to Fe-290-Gde E-165, complete all as specified.

Framed mild steel work such as grills, grating etc. with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, railings and similar work confirming to Fe-290-Gde E-165, complete all as specified.

Mild steel work as in joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, as in gate and like with connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) quality confirming to grade Fe-410 Gde E-250, complete all as specified.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire mesh, any mesh, size and type to any types of standards rails, straining bolts, mild steel round bars etc. including provision of binding wire complete, all as specified.

Supply only chain link mild steel galvanised hot dipped fencing (mesh size not more than 75mm x 75mm of 10 gauge wire and weight exc. 3.00 kg/Sq.m) complete all as specified. NOTE:- The weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE and payment shall be made acoordingly.

Supply only Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5 cm but not exceeding 10 cm long, dia of neck 5 to 10 mm, complete all as specified.

Supply only Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, for chain link fencing complete, all as specified.

Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed, IN REPAIRS, (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified.

Restraining and resecuring including making good staples etc. only steel barbed wire to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified.

Concertina coil with punched tape 600 mm dia with high tensile galvanised wire having diametre not less than 2.5 mm and blade size 15 mm x 12 mm x 0.5 mm, spacing of blade not more than 26 mm, fixed in position over walls etc. IN REPAIRS, complete.

2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach srew and washer in roof , wall etc. IN REPAIRS, complete.

100 mm thick, cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, finished even & rough, as in sub floors, complete all as specified.

100 mm thick, cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, finished rough, as in sub floors or similar locations, complete all as specified.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30-45 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified.

Factory made PCC chequered tiles, ISI (IS:13801) marked, with grey cement & no pigment, 22-25 mm thick, of size 300 mm x 300 mm, in floors, over & including 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) screed, set and jointed with grey cement slurry complete, all as specified.

Factory made, rubber molded kerb stone and drainage channels of M-25 grade cement concrete, laid dry in position to the rquired line level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar (1:3) including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shal not be more than 5 mm) including making drainage opening whereever required, complete all as specified.

60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of shape approved by GE, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required pattern over and including 25mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete.

80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of shape approved by GE, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required pattern over and including 25mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete..

Fixing only cement concrete paver block as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc obtained from dismantled tiles or where floor is sunk, including 25mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting complete all as specified.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair on walls in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified.

Two coats of cement base paint on new plastered wall surfaces, including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified.

Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & including a coat of red oxide primer over new steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm in width or girth, including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified.

Cleaning of open drain laid at any depth (either manually or mechanically) by removing all type of sand / boulder / sludge/ silt and any other foreign material and the same outside MoD land in etc complete. NOTE:- The average cross section of drain upto top of filling up silt / sludge etc shall be measured for payment.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete, all as specified.

Demolition brickwork or stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not excceding 15cm thickness (above or below ground level) all as specified

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified..

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description, complete all as specified.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, embedded with concrete etc. complete all as specified.
