Dismantling, clearing away and carefully stacking floor finish & dadooing walls in cement mortar with Mosaic tiles / Glazed tiles / Clay tiles / Cuddapah slabs, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc., with filling Crushed Stone sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, Sill slabs etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid with silver oak joists of size 10cm x 5cm & 7.5cm x 5cm as support runner, vertical stiffener, side support and Top Horizontal stiffener spaced at about 60cm to 90cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid).

Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half crushed stone sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including Super Plasticiser, laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - manual mix

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel reinforcement grills of all variety like HYSD/CTD/TMTand all grade like Fe 500, Fe550D, Fe 500 D etc., for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel reinforcement and G.I. binding wire, wastage etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel reinforcement and binding wire)

Repairing the existing damaged terrace tile area & wall surface with water proofing elastometric coat by removing all existing paint, putty and loose plaster over wall, clean the surface preparation with metal brush & putty blade also complete touchup work with pop mixing with SBR chemical. For walls & terrace with SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber)/Acrylic primer added to the cement with 1:1:5 ratio apply one coats as a protection coating & to make the surface strong. Followed by two coat of elastomeric water proofing coating. The rate including labour charges, SBR/Acrylic primer, Elastomeric, POP and scaffolding etc complete complying with standard spn and as directed by the deptl. officers

Providing expansion joint 12.5mm width in RCC roof slabs between RCC twin beams using PVC water bar of 150mm wide centre bulb of 4mm to 6mm thickness of approved quality and brand and including filling the inner space with suitable non-absorbent flexible and well compressible filler materials of approved quality and covering the top surface with GI sheet 30cm wide and 1.6mm thick using phill plugs, GI screws, limpet cup washers, bitumen washers, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing expansion joint of 12.5mm wide in between RCC twin columns from top of pedestal to full height including filling the inner space with suitable non-absorbent, flexible and well compressible filler materials of approved quality and brand; finishing the sides of RCC columns with polysulphide sealents for a depth of 7.5mm on either side covering the inner space filled with filler materials as above etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with best quality Double charged Vitrified Tiles 1200 x 600 x 8mm and variety conforming IS 15622 with water absorbtion less than 0.08% of approved colour and shade laid over cement mortar bed of 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer in all floors and the top spacer gap to be pointed with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Paving pre-polished concrete anti-skid step tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in accordance with IS 1443 in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone sand), with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer, 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Kota stone slabs of size 600 x 600 and above 20mm thick with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer fixing the slabs in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments and polishing with floor polisher to a high degree of finish etc., complete complying with standard speicification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work)

Renewing the damaged corroded M.S Pipe with new one of M.S Square box Hallow section 40mm x 40mm x3.60mm section medium weight including dismantling the masonry wall and fixing the M.S Hallow Box section in position with necessary welding on guset plate fixed in a wall, including labour for fabrication, labour for petty iron works and finally painting two coats of SEP over a primer etc.,complete complying with std. specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Renewing the damaged corroded M.S Pipe with new one of M.S Rectangular box Hallow section 50mm x 25mm x 2 mm section medium weight including dismantling the masonry wall and fixing the M.S Hallow Box section in position with necessary welding on guset plate fixed in a wall, including labour for fabrication, labour for petty iron works and finally painting two coats of SEP over a primer etc.,complete complying with std. specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Manufacturig, supplying and installation of 70mm x 70mm MS square tube post with base plate including cost of erection and welding, finishing with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a primer coat including cost of transportation, loading and unloading erection and dismantling if any needed and redoing the same to original condition etc., complete.

Supplying, fixing and roofing with colour galvalume sheet of 0.47mm thick with all necessary accessories such as J/V bolt and nuts of suitable length with suitable bitumen washers complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabrication, Supplying and erection A type iron Truss made up of 65 x 65 x 3.20 mm M.S Pipe one at roof top 6.00 m length another at bottom 5.70m lengthand intermediate vertical pipes are 50 x 50 x 3.20mm at 45cm intervels (pair joint as per drawing enclosed) The Truss members may be bended for elegant shape and good apperance, necessary clit plate are provided on truss top at an appropriated places and two numbers of 300 x 300 x 16mm M.S. Guesset plate are welded at end of the iron truss. necessary holes are provoded in the guesset plate for connecting the vertical post. the Arch type truss may be erected on top of the vertical post in correct alignment of position used with hydralic power crane of including cost of heavy type bolt, nut washers etc complete and including cutting, welding, drilling, grinding, Power consumbtion charges etc complete., and the iron members are painted with one coat of anti corrosive sincromat primer and with two coat of best enamal paint, and loading and unloading transportation charges conveyance and any other incidental charges etc. complete.,

Supplying and laying of Interlocking Paver Block Stone 63mm thick Over a base layer of crushed stone sandfilling incl. Cost of materials laying and Labour charges etc complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Collecting the scattered debris using tipper machinery from work spot and loading into the tipper lorry and coveying away the same to outside by lorry to a lead of 3km entirely within city limit including loading and unloading charges and dumping in low places and levelling neatly, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (200 cft volume capacity)
