Attending day to day emergency breakdowns / complaints of damaged water supply lines of 15 to 25mm bore in distribution system and restoration of water supply by stopping the leakage occured by deputing skilled /semi skilled man power for smooth functioning of water supply, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note for srl item No- 14 to 15 (a) The complaint / breakdown shall be rectified by the contractor within 24 Hours. Any delay thereafter, recovery at double the rate quoted per job shall be deducted from the dues of contractor by the Enginer-in-charge without any notice. (b) A proper record of complaint slip shall be maintained by the Engineer-in-Charge for making the payment against these items and recovery if any in case of failure of attending and rectifying the complaint within 24 hours. (c) Two pipe fitter and two helper with required T&P shall always be made available for attending complaints. (d) All material such as bends,unions,nipple,tees,sockets and all other items rate includes each job.MES not given any material and not paid seperately

Supply and laying of 40 mm CPVC pipe SDR 11 & plain CPVC SDR 11 fitting including making connection with existing line including all accessories and fixing on wall and ground/ceiling or laying in floor complete including taking out old rusted/broken GI pipes, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying of 25 mm CPVC pipe SDR 11 & plain CPVC SDR 11 fitting including making connection with existing line including all accessories and fixing on wall and ground/ceiling or laying in floor complete including taking out old rusted/broken GI pipes, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying of 15 mm CPVC pipe SDR 11 & plain CPVC SDR 11 fitting including making connection with existing line including all accessories and fixing on wall and ground/ceiling or laying in floor complete including taking out old rusted/broken GI pipes, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning the semi underground reservoir cap 20000 gallons by draining the complete water and brushing the surface with iron brush and removing the complete mud/ silt and and washing the complete inner surface of the tank to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge and writing the date of cleaning on surface of tank with white synthetic enamelled paint on black background including covered the opening hole of tank with chicken wire mesh with wooden frame, hinges and locking arrangement complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Salyarchatta-02) Note: T&P, material, labour involved in cleaning shall be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.

M& L for removing bore well HDPE pipe upto 50 mm dia with submersible flat cable of any type and dismantling and taking up/down SUBMERSIBLE PUMP & Motor ASSEMBLY of capacity 2HP to 5HP , shifting to workshop and removing unserviceable spares, replacing with new spares such impeller, bushes distance bush, seal etc of same specifications / type / model. removing burnt copper winding from motor and rewinding with same guage and type of insulation copper conductor winding wires and insulation sheets , applying insulating varnish over the complete winding , drying up by heating , assembling back and testing for proper function including necessary machining works as required , bringing back and reinstalling into the bore well complete all as specified and directed. Note: HDPE Pipes will be measured and paid for separately under relevant Item.

Supply, laying and testing PVC insulated and sheathed flat 10 Sqmm 3 core copper stranded conductor water proof submersible cable fixed to submersible monoblock pump set to starter as directed including taking out old unserviceable cable of following sizes:

Servicing / maintenance including repairs including spares as required for following components of complete Altoc Dosing system installed at a pump house 02(Nos) including following operations: (a) Dismantling of Altoc Dosing System complete part by part in MES yard/ workshop, cleaning of all the stationary and rotary parts,repairing to gear box and display the parts at site for inspection of Engr-in-Charge to ascertain the serviceability / unserviceability of plant and to ascertain the quantam of defects and repairs involved. (b) Transporting the defective parts to authorised dealer for repairs as decided by the Engnr-in-Charge and carrying out the needful repairs including replacement of defective unserviceable parts. (c) Assembling the Altoc Dosing System after repair/service and carrying out necessary test in presence of Engnr-in-Charge to establish functionability of the repaired plant upto the entire satisfaction of Engnr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Maintenance / servicing of each Altoc Dosing System shall be measured and paid maximum twice in every month. However, in case of unserviceability of the same, the contractor shall be required to carry out the job for its maintenance any number of times as required and directed at site as a case of emergency breakdown. (ii) Any parts required to be replaced during repair / servicing of Altoc Dosing System shall be supplied by the firm without any extra cost to the department.

Material and labour for disconnecting and removing the Squirrel cage 3 phase 415 Volts, 50 Hz Induction motor of following capacity from its foundations/ base frame bydisconnecting electrical connections and motor couplers,taking it to workshop for repair and dismantling and opening up of MOTOR , removing burnt out winding wires complete,cleaning startor and rotor assembly, rewinding the startorwith same guage and type with insulation copper conductorwinding wires and insulation sheets , applying insulatingvarnish over the complete winding , drying up by heating ,assembling back the stator and rotor including replacementof terminal blocks and terminal bolts, nuts and washers,refixing back to its postion after getting repaired and makingall connections, carry out alignment, testing for satisfactoryfunction all as specified and as directed complete all asspecified and as directed. Note: (i) Bearings shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and transportation of fresh drinking water through water bouzer of capacity 4000 litres from nearest water filling points made by PHE (Public health Engineering or approved by Engineer-in-Charge) to Sahsitar and filling water in storage water tanks at Air Force Station Sahsitar complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes :- (a) Supply, filling, transportation and filling water in tanks at different locations of Sahsitar shall be included in the rate quoted by contractor and contractor will be informed one day before actual shifting of water bouzer for arrangement to vehicle etc time to time as per requirement. M&L Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of poles complete all as specified and as directed.

Note : (a) On testing after completion of earthing, if the desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk and cost to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (b) The contractor shall quote his rate considering taking down cost of existing unserviceable earthing.
