Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and removing all the rubbish as directed by Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (Square / rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (Square / rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36Sqm, ias in dado/ skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles (Ist quality) 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ Rectangular), area of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but not exc 0.38 Sqm as in floors etc and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No 4 above but in skirting over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats exc 1.5sqm but n exc 4 sqm with shutter (without taking off shutters fro mthe frames) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for powder coated aluminium frame for windows, doors, ventilators and partition works with one or more rebates including joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprane packing for fixing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F aluminium powder coated door shutters made from Aluminium Jindal Section No 19560 (85 x 44.45 x 2 mm) as in style, section No 19505 (95.25 x 25.40 x 2 mm) as in top rail, section No 19564 (100 x 44.45 x 2 mm) as in middle rail and section No 19517 (150 x 25.40 x 2.2 mm) as in bottom rail, without sash bars including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, aluminium snap beading, screws etc compelte all as specified and directed.

S & F aluminium (die cast) body, door closer, hydraulically regulated designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 Kg all as specified and directed.

S & F Prelaminated particle board 12mm thick interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination as in kitchen cabinets / shutters fixed with screws in aluminium frame work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sheet glass 4.80mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with glazing clips, rubber neoprane packing in square exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mortice locks, vertical type, size 100mm 4 levers brass chromium plated with keys in duplicate all as specified and as directed

S & F aluminium powder coated barrel tower bolts of extruded section 200mm long all as specified and as directed.

S & F butt hinges 125mm size, medium weight, extruded powder coated aluminium alloy with galvanized mild steel hinge pin anodised type C-21 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F extruded powder coated aluminium handles, fabricated type 150mm size complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removing the debris out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cracks by cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roof or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coats of water proofing coating system by applying shalicryl-215 of STP Ltd/ Rain coat 601 of DR fixit/ Barrier coat of Araldite over a coat of respective primer including preparation of plaster surface by complete removal of existing treatment including filling of crack with respective crack filler all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:6 on concrete surfaces of walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls of any description including applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling /taking out existing hessain base felt or any other existing water proofing treatment from roof including cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab incl removing the dismantled debris to a distance exc 200 m & not exc 250 m complete all as specified and directed.

M & L fore rendering 15mm thick using WPC on concrete surface / block masonry of roof in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra ceemnt complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for water proofing treatment by applying oil bound bitumen primer, having a density of 0.87 - 0.89 Kg/lit, @ 0.40 ltrs/Sqm, providing and laying 4 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighting not less than 4 Kg/Sqm of approved make, including minimum 10 cm side lap and 15 cm end lap, laid and pasted with blue flamed torching applications and finally finishing with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint at the rate of 0.1Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion complete all as specified and as directed.
