M&L Water proofing treatment on "Non approachable / non accessible roof" surface (Horizontal & Vertical surfaces) in following sequence through authorized applicator of the manufacturer all as specified and directed complete including removal of existing treatment. (i) Surface prepration like opening the cracks/removal of loose concerete. (ii) Pressure washing the entire roof to remove dirt , dust alage fungi or other contaminants from joints and entire surface. (iii) Saturation of surface nano technology based deep penetrating sealer application to block pores , capillaries and micro cracks. (iv) Filling the crack with flexible polymer based caulk and further sealing with reinforcement fabric elastomeric coating. (v) Sealing joints and coving area with flexi reinforcement fabric and elastomeric coating. (vi) Priming coat of dr fixit URP (vii) First and Second coat of elastomeric dr fixit Roof Seal . M & L PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40 mm brick bats aggregate as in maas concrete in sunken floor, including demolition lime Concrete (un-reinforced) of any descriptions in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces as in sunken portion mixed with WPC, finish even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for appline one prime coat acrylic polymer modified water proofing coating(Brushbabd of FOSROC or equivalent) and over that two coats of acrylic polymer modified two component elastomeric water proofing membrance coating (Brush band of fosroc mate or equivalent) complete all as specified as per manufacturers instruction as directed by engineer-in-charge. Note :-1 . This item shall only be executed through level 4 or level 5 certified and authorised applicator of the company. 2. A warranty for 5 yerars in the form of written agreement shall be submitted by the contractor. 3.The rate quoted by the contractor shall include all the provision mention in this item including notes. 4. Applying 15-20mm thick protection plaster 1:3(Cement : Sand) ration on vertical and horizonal areas admixed with Dr.Fixit Pidiproof LW Plus(Conforming IS 2645 2003) @200ml per bag of cement.

M & L vitrified ceramic tiles 09 to 10mm thick (square/rectangular) light shade polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Description same as per item No 12.00 above but in vertical surface including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 25mm thick cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in levelling course in floor, complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- The size of Kota stone slab shall not less than 550 mm x 550 mm cut size, except the location where the balance portion remain less than size as specified above.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium Sub main wiring of any size from surface/concealed /existing conduit of any height and removing materials at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors roofs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing geyser of any capacity after disconnecting all necessary electrical and water supply connections and deposit to MES store yard of AGE E/M No II AGE E/M No II and refixing the same at location duly painted after plastering, painting compete with 04 Nos anchor fasteneer, heavy duty PTMT stainless steel connection pipe -02, 3 core connecting wires and plug top complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing single phase electric energy meter of any capacity after disconnecting all necessary electrical connections and deposit to MES store yard of AGE E/M No II complete all as specified and as directed.
