Site clearance in hard/dense soil including cutting of bushes /shrubs and removing upto 50 m and deposited where directed at a level n.exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundations etc, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc, exceeding 10 square meter on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exceeding 250 m but not exceeding 500 m and deposited where directed at a level n.exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete including sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-25 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beam, bases for columns, pillars piers, posts and struts etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Steel reinforcement shall be measured & paid separately).

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (Design Mix) M-25 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in columns, pillars piers, posts and struts etc. complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Steel reinforcement shall be measured & paid separately).

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required including crancking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 08 mm dia and over upto and including 12 mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binder and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundation, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter fair finished surface of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions rough finished surface of concrete Square, rectangular or polygonal complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surface in CM 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on masonary surface other than fair faces of brick wall or concrete surface in CM 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates rails, braces etc. complete, drilled for fixing or steel sheeting or other covering doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooke and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheet-ing or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete confirming to FE 410-0 or FE 250-0 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previous untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plaster surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping in lintels upto 1.5 mm clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings kneelers, apex stones bed plates, kerbs, water trough and like including weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash brick straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for MS work in post and struts in fencing including cutting top to shape as drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm dia PVC pipes single socket in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches concrete complete all as specified and directed.
