Earthwork excavation for foundation in ordinary soils to the required depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and bailing out water whereever necessary and refilling the foundation with the excavated earth in 150 mm thick layers well watered rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in places shown clearing and levelling the site with an intial lead of 10 metre and lift as specified here under etc., complete in all respects complying with relavent standard specifications and drawings as directed by the departmental officers. (0 to 2M depth)

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with filling Stone dust in layers of 150 mm thickness well watered rammed and consolidated complying with relevant standard specifications including cost of filling sand and as directed by the Departmental officers.

CC 1:5:10 (One of cement, five of sand and ten of hard broken stone Jelly) for foundation using 40 mm gauge broken stone jelly inclusive of shoring, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary ramming, curing, water charges etc., complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half crushed stone sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including Super Plasticiser, laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - machine mix

In foundation & Basement

Ground Floor

Providing Pile foundation in all soils and sub soils of size 300 mm dia (Augur pile) pouring with RCC 1:11/2:3 using 20mm Gauge Hard Broken Stone Jelly including cost of concrete, pouring, augering, curing compacting and hire charges for tools and plants but excluding cost and fabrication of steel etc., all complete and as directed by the departmental officer.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel reinforcement grills of all variety like HYSD/CTD/TMTand all grade like Fe 500, Fe550D, Fe 500 D etc., for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel reinforcement and G.I. binding wire, wastage etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel reinforcement and binding wire)
