UPGRADATION AND RENOVATION OF SENIOR SCIENTIST OFFICE COMPLEX IN SECOND FLOOR OF DESIGN HOUSE (BLDG NO. P-13) IN TECHNICAL AREA CVRDE AVADI

Dismantling boardings in lining of walls Up to 10 mm thick and partitions, excluding supporting members but including stacking within 50 metres lead.

Supply and Fixing 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing as per directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing insulated PVC Wall Lining consisting of PVC Insulated Panels having expanded polystyrene (EPS) stuck to 2mm thick with wood grain printed PVC sheet used instead of plain colour sheet duly fitted into the wall as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing calcium silicate board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacture's instructions and S&F powder coated aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling size of grid 605 x 605 mm with 6mm dia GI adjusting rod upto 600mm length fixed to purlin/rafters by means of ceiling cleats/ fasteners with GI flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm long complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing glazing with float glass panes of 4.00 mm thickness (weight not less than n 10kg/sqm) in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repairs Venetian blinds of approved make vertical type using 100mm wide fabric blinds of approved colour/ shade and pattern including operating arrangement such as chord/ thread, counter weight, connecting chain etc and necessary fittings complete, all as per directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead of area 3 sq. metres and below

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters 35mm thick including ISI marked stainless steel butt hinges with necessary screws

Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body universal type hydraulic door closer ( having brand logo with ISI , IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 to 80 kg and door width from 701 to 1000mm) with double speed adjustable with necessary accessories and screws etc complete .

Supply and fixing aluminium Twin rubber stopper hanging floor door stopper, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade, with necessary screws etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 200x10mm aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete :

Supply and fixing 300x16mm aluminium sliding door bolts, ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc. complete

Supply and fixing 125 mm aluminium handles, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.complete all as specified and directed

Taking down old sub main wiring including copper/aluminium /GI earth continuity conductor and making good disturbed surfaces all as directed of any size complete.

Taking down old unserviceable Industrial type Plug and socket with MCB SP of any capacity complete.

Taking down old unserviceable MCB DBs including all MCB's/MCCB's of any sizes and capacities along with teak wood boards including all fittings/fixtures and making good disturbed surfaces complete.

Wiring for light point/exhaust fan point/call bell point/5 A socket same board with 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required complete all as specified and directed

Supplying and Fixing 3 pin 5 A ceiling rose on the existing junction box/ wooden block including connections etc. as required complete all as specified and directed

Supplying and Fixing two module stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required complete all as specified and directed

Supplying and fixing call bell/ buzzer suitable for single phase, 230 V, complete all as specified and directed.
