Providing and fitting the complete manufactured and fabricated lifting mechanism with winch mechanism for SAHAR DY H/R Gate (Size 2470 X 1900 mm.,3nos. gate) of Irrigation Division Kanpur Dehat. The work includes fabrication of its parts like its stem of dia 80mm,length 4.0mtr with double start square thread , Bevel gear, Bush for bronze nut, Nut body, Bevel pinion idler, Bevel gear pinion, bronze nut, Spur gear, Spur gear pinion, Spur gear shaft MS 43mm dia, Pinion shaft MS 33 mm dia, Housing for spur gear shaft, Housing for pinion shaft , GM Bush for spur gear housing, Body for winch box, Bevel gear pinion shaft MS. 48mm dia, Plummer block , CI. Handle 450mm long, Roller 200mm ODx55mm ID and 80mm thick nut bolt etc. All the parts of mechanism must be as per IDUP drawing in all respect as per specifications & directions of Engineer in charge. skilled/semi skilled workers provided by outside agency. All consumable material and sundries provided by outside agency except POL. (G.S.T. will be paid extra as per prevailing Government norms)
