Filtration & Dehydration of transformers oil for transformers, HT/LT OCB, HT VL switches etc through on line filtration equipment to withstand minmum dielectirc strength 40 KV for 1min at 2.5 mm gap and flash at 60 KV without disturbing/switching off system all as specified and as directed.

Supply and topping up of transformer oil suitable for 11 KV system for transformer/OCBs having 45KV of minimum dielectric strength all as specified and as directed

Taking down carefully by Disconnecting all the electrical connections from H.T.and L.T. side, and earthing of unserviceable transformer, from Plateform / 2/4 pole structure, draining out the transformer oil in clean barrels, loading and unloading of transformer & transportation by vehicle from substation to the repairing workshop for rewinding, reconditioning or any other repairs required, reassembling making the internal H.T. & L.T. connections by fixing the studs, bushings, fitting the top cover by replacing cork sheet including gasket along with conservator including hoisting placing in position and securing properly on 4pole/ 2 pole structure, platform at site, including pouring in the transformer oil in the transformer reinstallation, commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for following capacities of transformers. Note: (i) U/S items required for repairs shall be measured and paid under relevant item of this schedule. Transformer oil with die electric strenght not less than 40KV either new or filtered shall be filled and shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

M&L for opening of top cover of transformer 11/0.433 KV including draining out required transformer oil keeping in safe custody in a dry and clean container, taking out top cover disconnecting HT/LT connnections internally and externally for replacement of unserviceable items(to be paid seperately) reconnecting after replacement of defective parts, re assembling and refitting of top cover and refilling of transformer oil including heating and testing complete for the following capacities of transformer complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Transformer capacity above 125 KVA upto 250 KVA

Transformer capacity above 250 KVA upto 500 KVA

M&L for re winding of HT coils of different type/capacity and make of transformer with superior quality super enamelled copper winding wire/strip of approved make of suitable gauge and number of turns alongwith allied materials such as cork sheet, fibre glass insulation/paper isulation cotton, empire tape and woodeen blocks, bolts, nuts and washers, soldering and other packing materials etc all as directed.

All as per ser Item 5 here in before but for copper winding strip of any size for L.T. coils of transformers.

M&L for heat treatment at the workshop furnance of complete core before and after re-assembly of coil into limps after rewinding for transformer capacity upto 500 KVA complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply, installation connecting electrically & commissioning switch air break, gang operated, tripple pole mounted on insulators 12 Nos and steel frame with operating mechanism in worked from ground level, drop out fuse, for current rating upto 200 amps and working voltage 11000 volts vertical/horizontal type all as required at site or directed by Engr-in-charge. Make: Jaipuria/BHEL

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as directed .

Taking out HT cables safely from trenches of size 95 sqmm to 150 sqmm and depositing to MES store yard for reuse after removing faults complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Laying or passing through pipe only HT cables of size 95 sqmm to 150 sqmm in trenches after removing faults and jointing properly ( Joint will be measured and paid separatlely under respective items of Sch ' A' ) Complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (Serviceable old cable retrieved under ser item No. 13 here i before will be used )

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n exc 1.5 m in width and n. exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out all as required for laying of cables complete all as specified and directed..

Returning filling, in including spreading ,leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed..

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cables 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm, thick after laying, stretching and testing the cable complete all as specified and directed.

Unreinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV, Type I, flat size 300mm x 180mm x40mm , laid flat across the cable length all as per specification and directed

M&L for XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty ) with aluminium conductor, 11/6.35KV grade, suitable for earthed system, with aluminium conductor, 3 core 95 Sqmm. Make: Havells/Paragon/Polycab/Gloster

Taking out U/S Vacuum Circuit Breaker 630A rating having working voltage 11000V from HT panel for repairs and strip opening complete all as required. Seggregating serviceable and un serviceable parts.Cleaning to remove complete carbon contents from the dismentled parts. Reassembling after replacement of u/s parts and adjustment for smooth functioning of the circuit breaker. Testing complete after installation of vacuum cicuit breaker in HT panel to the satisfaction of Engr in Charge.( Unserviceable parts required to make VCB serviceable will be measured separately under respective items detailed here in after.)

Supply and fix in replacement motor & gear assembly for spring charging suitable for VCB 11000 Volts matching with existing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement power pack with battery back up suitable for VCB 11000 Volts matching with existing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Repair/Maintenance , cleaning, dusting and servicing Vacuum Circuit Breaker, HT 11 KV,50 Hz , 630 Amp indoor switch gear panel by Grounding of complete panel live parts, thorough cleaning, visual checking, tightness checking, and servicing of breaker panel including breaker carriage along with associated mechanism , metering panel, busbar/cable chambers, motorised spring charging mechanism , DC shunt trip/close coils, operation counter, manual spring charging mechanism , relays, meters , indicators , heater coil, aux supply SMPS , replacing of worn out parts and fuses , applying petroleum jelly to moving and fixed mechanical parts for its smooth functioning all as specified and directed by the Engineer in charge. Fixing in replacement of chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, 4 mm dia and 50 x 50 mm size complete all as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 Cu.m, in hard / dence soil getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as diretced.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, mass concrete for road crossing etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel frame work conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe 310-0 such as doors or gates of angle iron or other section including braces rails etc. complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc. prepared for hanging or sliding with including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door devices complete all as specified and as directed including painting with two coat of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed.
