Work

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation,gross, bushes srubs, shaplings and tree of gurt upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and desposiol of un survecable material and stacking of servicable material to be used are auctioned,upto a lead of 1000m including removal and desposial of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per technical specification clause 201, non thourny jungle.(by mechanical means) PWD SCH NO 259 CH-4-2.31

Earth work in embankment mechanically completed to 97% procter density in ordinary soil ,excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 1/2 meter C 20'' in depth an earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface requird levels and slopes in also including 1.5m lift ans 2000m lead. The earth rom cutting to be used in making embankment are to be deposited as spoil banks with by 2.00Km cartage distance as directed by engineering incharge as per P.W.D schedule N.S.20-3 SOR 2019

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical specification clause 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 63-45mm to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. G-II

Providing laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 22.4-53 mm gauge to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thichness hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade & camber applying and brooming stone screening binding material to fill up the intertices of the coarse aggregates watering and compacting to the required density grading-3 as per technical specification class 405. WBM GR-III

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base incuding cleaing of road surface and spraying primer using emulsion distributer at the rate of 0.70 to 0.10kg per sqm usnig mechanical means as per technical specificationclause 502.

Brick edging on both side of road with S.O.B. Brick 8 cm wide and 12 cm deep laid with mud mortor all labour finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth including all labour T&P sundries required for proper completion of the work. SI No. 765

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributer at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30kg per sqm on prepared surface of granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with haudraulic broom as per technical specificationclause 503.

Providing & Laying and Rolling open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thick, composed of 13.2 mm & 5.6 mm size aggregate using VG-10 grade bitumen to required line,grade,& level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepaired base i/c mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80 - 100 KN static roller Capacity, Finished to required level & grade to be followed by seal coat to either type A or Type B or Type C as per technical specification clause 508
