Material and labour for servicing of Window / spilt type AC indoor/outdoor of capacity upto 3.0 Ton of any make, model and type complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- (a) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of checking of Electrical wiring and carrying out necessary repairs/replacement like with lugs, clamps, soldering, internal suitable copper wiring upto 5 m, etc. including Greasing and oiling of fan motor (b) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of checking of refrigerant piping, drain pipes and carrying out necessary repairs/replacement to insulation to copper tubing. (c) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of deep cleaning of air filter with soap water / foam complete and cleaning of the other connected parts as and when required. (d) Servicing shall have to be carried out in an interval of every 3 months (e) Other Spares like Capacitors, PCB Boards, etc will be paid separately under Supply only

Taking out AC 1.0/ 1.5/ 2.0 ton capacity(indoor & outdoor unit) of any make from its original location and transport to the nearest workshop removing the dust from body with blower cleaning the condenser and cooling coil by using water and caustic soda, painting the base tray with one coat of black synthetic enamel paint and checking of all components/accessories for their serviceability and replacement of defective components/accessories complete and refixing it in its original place including commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :- (a) The quoted rate deemed to be inclusive of transportation within the city, cleaning and painting. (b) Labour charges for dismantling / taking down and replacement / refixing new parts as and when required is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted. (c) Replacement of unserviceable items shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items as supply only (d) Refrigerant gas will be measured separately. (e) The quoted rate deemed to be inclusive of deploying well skilled labourers alongwith safety belts and scaffolding who are capable to relocate the outdoor unit at not less than 30 m over the building (f) The rate is deemed to be inclusive of brazing of cooling coils (g) The nitrogen gas required for testing of the unit is deemed to be included in the quoted rates

Supply and fix in replacement compressor (sealed unit) of capacity 2.0 Ton in exchange of unserviceable unit, suitable for installation in 2.0 Ton Split type Air conditioner all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge NOTE :- (a) Brazing, Vaccuming, Leak testing and gas charging for the units replaced with new compressor is included in the unit rate quoted.

Supply and fix Extra length of PVC drain pipes of 20 mm bore with all accessories, clamped to wall / ceiling with necessary clamps for draining out condensed water from indoor / outdoor units as required and directed at site all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for removing the split type Air conditioner of capacities upto 3.0 Ton outdoor unit / indoor unit from its position for pressure / leak testing and arresting the leakages in condenser coil / cooling coil by brazing etc and gas charging as per required basis complete and shifting to new location as directed by Engr-in-charge. Servicing / overhauling to complete indoor/outdoor (Walk in Cold Storage plant of Capacity 20000 BTU & Walk in Frezzes ) labour only for overhauling and servicing whole chamber, blowing out the dust, rectifying the problems, checking of interlock of safety/ control device, checking of all electrical connections in unit, refrigerant pipe lines, renewal of all corroded sheet metal screws, servicing of blowers, cleaning of evaporator coils washing with chemicals with forced feed method to remove the dust from the coil and filters, greasing the fan including leak testing of the total refrigerant system of plants by pumping down the refrigerant to cylinder, flushing out the entire system arresting all leakages by replacing the damaged flare nuts, taflon washers, brazing, gaskets, o rings etc and leak test by supply and charging with Nitrogen gas ( N-2) under constant pressure of 250 - 300 PSI , watch the pressure for 24 Hrs for confirmation tightening the nuts bolts complete all as specified and directed by EIC. Note : (a) Labour charges for dismantling / taking down and replacement/refixing new parts as and when required is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.
