RCD SOR 5.8(ii) Bituminous concrete (providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type mix plant producing and average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ of 5.4 to 5.6% of mix and filler transporting the hotmix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finished with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tendon rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H specification clause.No.509 complete all respect ) for Grading -ll .(10 mm nominal size.)

RCD SOR 6.1 Dry lean Cement Concrete sub-base (construction of dry lean cement concrete sub base over a prepared sub grade with coarse and fine aggregate confirming to I.S. 383, the size of coarse aggregates not exceeding 25mm, aggregates cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not be less then 150kg/cum, optimum moisture containt to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less then 10th Mpa at 7 days, mixed in batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing ).
