Construction of Gadatala Check Dam near village Gadatala of Badakhaman G P in Udala Block of Mayurbhanj District under MATY-3 Scheme for the year 2026-27

Excavation, loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means of kinds of soil including stoney earth, gravel and moorum etc interspread with boulders up to 1/2 cum size with all lifts and delifts including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from work site as per the specification and as directed by the Engineer - in- charge within an initial lead of 1 km from the place of excavation complete.

Excavation and Cutting in disintigrated Rock not requiring blasting to be removed by pickaxes and crow bar and disposing the materials within 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including stacking the useful materials as directed.

Cement concrete M 15 grade with crushed granite 20mm down graded coarse aggregate of approved quality mixing by concrete mixer including hoisting, lowering & laying concrete in position to proper slope and level & compacting by vibrator in layers not exceeding 0.15m depth & finishing the exposed surface smooth including watering, curing for required period including cost, conveyance, royalty all materials labour, T & P materials required for this item including hire and running charges of machineries complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

RCC M 20 grade with crushed granite 20mm down graded coarse aggregate of approved quality mixing by concrete mixer including hoisting, lowering & laying concrete in position to proper slope and level & compacting by vibrator in layers not exceeding 0.15m depth & finishing the exposed surface smooth including watering, curing for required period including cost, conveyance, royalty all materials labour, T & P materials required for this item including hire and running charges of machineries complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing rigid smooth centering & shuttering for Cement Concrete works including false work and including cost, conveyance & other taxes of all materials required for the work complete in all respect and dismantling the same after casting including depositing the debris clear of work site with all leads & lifts delfts including supply of all labour and T & P required for the items etc. complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcenment in position as per approved design & specification including cost, conveyance of binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and HYSD. Rods complete in all respect with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

R.S. Dry packing in approns and slopes and revetments to all height with hard broken stone of 30 cm. and above size weighting 75 kg and above of approved quality, quarried free from weathered skin including filling the interstices with small stones including cost conveyance, royality and other taxes of all materials required for the work to proper slope and level complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer in charge. (1/6th volume will be deducted for voids)

Filling the foundation and plinth with excavated earth including watering and ramming properly,with cost of all labour, t&p reqd. for the item complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in hard soil with all leads and lifts including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5 cm to 7cm , laying in layers not exceeding 0.30m in depth etc completed as per the direction of Engineer in charge.( 1/6 voids volume will be deducted towards settlement of earth in filling section )

Fine Dressing and turfing the slope of the dam or dyke with best compact dub grass sods including cost of transportation, loading and unloading of the turf and proper placing and ramming with thalies with all leads, lifts and delifts including periodical watering till survu=ival of turf etc complete in all respect.
