S&F Steel work in tubular Post/ trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

S & F of roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including Chequered plates and plain plastes of any thickness and distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe-410- W(Gde-E-250) quality- B complete all as specified and directed

Preparation of steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not other wise describe, two coat of synthetic enamel paint and over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

Roughing surfaces of old concrete surfaces by picking up, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc including taking down tarfelt and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3.50 Kg/ sqm including 10mm thick plastering in CM (1:3) finished even and smooth mixed with water proofing compound and the sand used for the same will be clean and free from any silt, organic matter and impurities. RCC and plastered surface will be wet cured for minimum period laid down in IS 456 & then allowed to dry and leakage checked by pointed test atleast 72 hrs. After checking of leakages on dry surfaces applying bituminous primer on roof surfaces @ 0.40 kgs/sqm on plastered surface on sunny day. After the primed surface has dried and apply a coat of hot blown 85/25 penetration grade blown bitumen confirming to IS-702 @ 1.20 kg/sqm on the surface provided APP (Atactic Polypropylene polymer) modified polymeric five layered membrane with central core 100 micron high molecular high density film. Minimum weight of membrane will be 3.00kg /sqm. APP membrane will be laid across the slope from lowest line slopping roof towards ridge with minimum end lap of 150mm & side lap of 75mm bonded with hot blown bitumen. Over the membrane apply semi hot blown 85/25 penetration grade bitumen 1.2kg/sqm and blinded with fine sand in dry condition 0.5kg/sqm dusted over the bitumen coat complete all as specified. Note :- The laying of the membrane shall be got done by authorized applicator of the membrane manufacturer.

Supply only water prrofing compund complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

Preparation of new surface and Applying two coat of Aluminium paint and over one coat of aluminium primer over bitumen membrane complete all as specified.

Demolition of plain cement concrete below or above ground level n exc 15 cm thickness and removal of soil to outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L 75mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition Stone slabs and tiles laid dry or dry beded or pointed of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for plain cement concrete tiles coloured designer interlocking paver of 30mm thick having glossy finish, colour and pattern as approved by Engr-in-charge strength not less than 350 Kg/Sqcm (tested as per IS 1237-1980) laid over and including 50mm thick dry river sand cushioning and voids filled with dry sand and surface compacted with surface vibrator complete all as per manufacturer instructions, specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F factory made heavy duty full body digital matt finish, paving coloured tiles of size 300mm x 300mm x 10mm thick for external use laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 including jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured tile epoxy grout to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified.
