Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in foundation trenches, drains, pipes and cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5mtr in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5mtr including getting out excavated soil and disposal of surplus soil as directed, within a lead of 50 mtr. All kinds of soil.

Dumping stone excluding cost of stones in Horizontal on level.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level. 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)(Nallah).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centenng. shuttering, finishing and reinforcement-All work upto plinth level. 1.1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Random Rubble masonry with hard stone from quarry in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement: 6 coarse sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level with cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement: 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying damp-proof course 40mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand 4 graded stone aggregate 12. 5mm nominal size)(Crushed).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundations: footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts.

Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

Providing and fixing upto floor five level precast cementconcrete solid blocks including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), cost of requiredcentring, shuttering and complete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) Crushed

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows,clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately) Second class kail wood.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. Layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

Carriage of materials by mechanical transport. Cement an average lead of 180 kms

Sand an avg. lead of 06 Kms.

Stone aggregate an avg. lead of 10 kms.

Stone an avg. lead of 08 kms.
