Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n exc 15cm thickness (below or above the ground level) built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick cement oncrete (1:2:4) Type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in floors and pavings etc.finished even & smooth with using extracement complete all as specified and as directed

Supply only glass dividing strips, 3mm thick (Width of strip in mm 38) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles (squre/ rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.06 sqm but n. exc 0.11 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement and coloured pigment to match the tiles over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6.complete all as specified and directed.

Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles 300 x 200 x 7 mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Non-skid ceramic tiles joint free 7 to 8mm thick (square /rectanglar) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 but n exc 0.18 sqm, in each floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Non-skid ceramic tiles joint free 7 to 8mm thick (square /rectanglar) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 but n exc 0.18 sqm, in skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for light shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for light shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick wall or concrete surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tile of any description or thickness in floors, aprons laid bedded and pointed in any mortar etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6. laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with match the shade of the slab including rubbing and granite( mirror) polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with match the shade of the slab including rubbing and granite( mirror)polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Varoda green marble stone 16-18 mm thick in steps, pillars, wndow cills, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms (min size 2.5 X 0.65 m) and like laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including necessary screed bed/ backing coat and including rubbing and granite( mirror)polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 compound finished even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 4 mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building designer boards fixed in ceiling or laid/inserted to timber/GI/aluminun frame complete all as specified and directed

M&L plain fillets square rectangular or triangular section exc 03 & n. Exc 06 Sqcm 2 nd class hard wood clean sawn secured with nail or brads complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 4mm thick asbestos cement plain building board fixed to timber frame work with nails in patches at any height complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for three coats of white wash on new plastered surfaces of ceiling ,roof projection ,chajja including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
