Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils except in hard rock requiring blasting and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m inclusive of shoring, shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary, 7 refilling the foundation with excavated earth other than sandy soil in layers of not more than 150mm thick layers well rammed and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in place shown by the departmental officers and clearing and levelling the site etc,. complete.

Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 [one cement, four M-sand and eight course aggregates] using 40mm size Hard Broken/Machine crushed Granite Stone Jelly including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Brick work In CM 1:5 mix using best Second Class Table Moulded Chamber Burnt Bricks 9"x4½"x3" having 350 kg/cm² compressive strength and 15% or less water absorbent in the period of 24hours immersement and confirming to ISI specifications including finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix (one cement three P-sand), 12mm thick in all floors using clean screened M-Sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of the work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification.

White washing one coat with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder, fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coats with approved Cement Paint over cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including cleaning, preparing the surface and curing etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supply and fixing 38 / 40mm thick Cuddapah Slab including cost, conveyance and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification.

Flusing of Borewell of 6" dia using Drill rods / hose with required size of pipes for various capacity compressor including transportation, Labour and Fuel Charges for Compressors

Supply and Delivery of the 50mm dia UPVC Column Pipe with ISI make etc., Complete as per standard specification

Supply and delivery of 7.50HP (75LPM x 225m) clear water vertical wet type submersible pumpset suitable for 150mm dia borewell conforming to IS 8034/2002 as amended thereafter and BEE 3 Star Rated capable of discharging noted LPM against head of water column due to all causes. The pump shall be with stainless steel shaft and dynamically balanced bronze or Cast SS impeller, brass screws and CI FG 200 grade pump bowl/diffuser with ISI mark. The pump shall be directly coupled to a continous rated two pole suitable wet type vertical squirrel cage induction motor as per IS9283 /1995 as amended there after, suitable for operation in AC three phase 415 V+/- 10%, 50 HZ +/- 5%.

Supply of PVC insulated and sheathed 4.0 Sq.mm 3 core flat type copper cable conforming to IS 694 / 1990 etc., complete.

Labour charges for the erection of 7.50HP submersible pumpset in borewell including fixing and jointing submersible cable with proper clamps upto the starter to required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth valves erection clamps, pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter, Voltmeter, Ammeter, three pilot (indicating) lamps capacitor single phasing preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing the pumpset and trail run for 10 days.

Supply and fixng of TNEB meter board suitable for 3phase 63A service connection made up of suitable angle iron frame work of size 2 feet x 1 1/2 feet using angle iron of size 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 1/4" rigidly fixed on wall covered with hylem sheet of size 2 feet x 1/2 feet of 6 mm thickness with necessary bolts and nuts supports and supply and fixing of 3Nos .63 A fuse units (500V), 1No .neutral link ,copper earth flat of size 1" x 1/4" with inter connection of EB meter to fuse units by 16 Sq. mm PVC insulated copper wire with 1No 63Amp 30MA Four Pole RCD / RCCB (Higher End ) with suitable necessary connection with earth connection complete

Supply and run of 2 of 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100V grade on 7/20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift as initial of 10 M and lift of 2 M in narrow trenches for laying of pipes for water supply works in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth shales, murram gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and hard gravel soil including refilling the sides of foundation in layer of 15m thick watering ramming depositing the surplus earth in the premises as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specification.
