Requiredb) The bidder who stand first lowest in the bid shall have to submit the MoU as per the following before entering into agreement without fail:
Requiredi. In case of bidder owns a RMC plant, a self declaration of MoU on Rs.100/- stamp paper as per prescribed proforma.
Requiredii. In case of bidder doesn't owns/lease a RMC plant, an MoU with RMC plant owner/firm on Rs.100/- stamp paper as per the prescribed proforma.
Requiredc) The RMC plant shall have valid QCI certificate with regular audits carried as per the norms. However, in case of new RMC plants, if the application is made for QCI certificate within 6 months from the date of NIT, the MoU shall be valid.

RequiredDetails of similar nature of works i.e Construction or Remodeling of RCC Box Drains / RCC Box Culverts / RCC Storm Water Drains / RCC Cross Drainage Works (Capital / Maintenance / Upgradation) individual or combined value not less than Rs.142.59 Lakhs at the current price level in any one FY during the last 10 FY's i.e. from 2015-16 to 2024-25 in Statement-II with supporting Certificates.

RequiredAssessed available Bid Capacity as per formula (3AN-B) should be greater than ECV i.e., Rs.118.83 Lakhs.
RequiredThe Bidder / Agency should enclose self declaration, regarding the genuinity of documents uploaded through e-procurement. If any inappropriate / false documents are found later, action will be taken against the Bidder/Agency as per rules in vogue.
