| 1 | Area grading upto 3m | Area grading upto 3m — arth cutting in areas specified by engineer-in-charge upto 3m depth. Scope of job includes cutting, levelling of existing surface in uding carting of earth from mounds, and undulations etc. To low lying areas, spreading and compaction etc. Complete. The finished su ace shall be level with no undulations or depressions. The maximum height of cutting will be 3 meter. Scope includes filling of soil vailable from earth cutting in other low laying areas inside HPCL premises with compaction in layers using rollers to get 95% compac on, including cost of all labour, tools, equipment, hire charges, transportation, testing, watering, rolling each layer with 8 tonne o 10 tonne vibro-roller in open area and by 1 tonne to 2 tonne roller or wooden or steel rammer in confined area, and dressing/filli up ground depressions etc. complete in all respect as per scope of work, detailed construction drawings, as per technical specifica ons and directions of the engineer-in-charge. Payment shall be made for net volume of compacted earth as per levels recorded jointly Compaction test shall be carried out by bidder at no extra cost. Scope of job does not include supply of earth.Transporting surplus nserviceable soil at an unobjectionable place inside/outside the HPCL premises as per the advise of HPCL EIC and spreading in layers nd as per Specifications and direction of Engineer. All the cost of complete arrangement of vehicle(s), machinery, manpower, tools & ackles etc. which are required to execute the job in complete aspects- shall be borne by the contractor. The scope also includes com ete payment of royalties, other statutory fees (if any) & dump yard charges (if any) required to execute the job. Contractor’s quote rates should include the royalty fees on different applicable items as per the prevailing state government rates. The quoted rates s ll be inclusive of all necessary application and royalty amount. No separate payment shall be made to contractor on account of the s e. Contractor also need to comply all statutory norms which are required for executing the job. For quantity of soil backfilled/dump inside the HPCL premises and cases where royalty is not applicable, benefit shall be passed on to HPCL. Rate of royalty in such cas shall be established based on prevailing royalty rate in the area. Any increase in prevailing rate of royalty shall be borne by the ontractor at no extra cost to the owner. In addition to above, job also includes various miscellaneous excavation(s) which are requi d for gradient/slope formation at the area. The job to be executed as per attached technical specifications, job procedures etc. Com ete and as directed by EIC. For disposing earth / soil outside HPCL premises, contractor shall be responsible for identifying the d p yard, obtaining permission to dispose the earth, payment of royalty & other statutory, approval from local authority (if required) Arranging vehicles, loading, unloading, spreading, levelling, etc. complete in all respects. The scope includes excavation of higher levels of soil, soil stack, piled up soil, pile up rock & other acCubic Meterulated excavated material upto required level and complete carting/shifting away of soil, debris, rocks hard rocks & other excavated material etc. from HPCL premises to within the terminal premises or outside designated dumping area, as irected by HPCL engineer-in- charge.Scope also includes removal of trees, stumps and roots to full extent, removal of all vegetatio including bushes and grass,dewatering, taking spot levels @ 5 m C/C in grid pattern, leveling, dressing and rolling the excavated s face, loading, transportation of surplus earth to an unobjectionable place inside or outside the HPCL premises, spreading, leveling, ompacting as per instructions of the engineer in charge. The scope of job includes filling/ backfilling in open area around tank, oundation pits and other places in all positions as per the specified FGL, in layers of 150mm, compacting with 8-10T roller, at all ights and depths as per Drawing and Specifications with excavated earth, including reclaiming from spoil heaps kept elsewhere includ g dressing and leveling, watering and mechanical compaction etc., Transporting surplus unserviceable soil at an unobjectionable plac inside/outside the premises and spreading in layers and as per Specifications and direction of Engineer.
