(A) 12 Bedded PICU Report: (i) Civil Work: Demolishing brickwork including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials as directed for all levels

Dismantling and removing the existing door and window frame (chowkath) both wooden and steel of different sizes without damaging the walls and removing the frame and necessary repairs to the edges of the walls as directed for all levels. (ii) Area of door/window above 3.00 m2

(a) Removing white or colour wash by steel wire brushing and/ or scraping, sand papering and preparing the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete.

b) Extra over item no (a) above for scraping on ceiling and on sloping roof.

h). Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture(one coat) and of required shade on old wall surface to give an even shade,after throughly brushing the surface clean of all grease, dirt, loose pieces of scales including preparing surface even and sand papered smooth.

i). Extra over item no (f), (g) and (h) above for distempering every subsequent coat of distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture.

l) Extra over item no. (h) above for distempering with dry distemper on ceiling and or sloping roof.

c) Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on old wall surface (one coats) to give an even shade after throughly brooming the surfaces to remove all dirt and remains of loose or softened paint.

d) Extra over item no. (b) and (c) above for every subsequent coat of water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufactured.

f) Extra over item no (c) above for finishing with cement paint on celing and sloping roof.

Providing and laying plain/reinforced cement croncrete works cement, coarse sand & 20mm down graded stone aggregate including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete but excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work (form work and reinforcement will be measured and paid separately) (I) Using Mixer Machine (B) In super structure from plinth level up to 1st floor level. ii) Columns, pillars, posts, struts, suspended floor, roof, landing, shelf and support, balcony, lintel, sill band, beam, girder, bressumer, cantilever, staircase (except spiral staircase and landing ) including preparing the top surface and finishing of nosing. Supplying, fitting and fixing in position reinforcement bars conforming to relevant I.S. Code for R.C.C. work/ R.B. walling including straightening, cleaning, cutting and bending to proper shapes and length as per details, supplying and binding with 20G annealed black wire and placing in position with proper blocks, supports, chairs, spacers etc. complete.
