Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar/cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches,pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundations etc or for shafts, wells cesspits, manholes, pier holes, drain etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Returning & filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ old Size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above item No 05 description here -in-before but except bricks, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, grit plaster any description on brick or stone or rcc walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick walls/ concrete surfaces and finished even and fair without using extra cement in any position incl scafolding as required etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in brenching for manholes, bands, coping, bed plate etc with slightly chamfered or rounded angles including necessary from work, if any, and finishing exposed surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for preparation of new surface decorated brick/concrete/ plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices by brooming down etc and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of old surface decorated brick/concrete/ plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices by brooming down etc and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of old external surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices etc by scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts , trading oil and greasy spots and including filling cracks/holes in the surface with white putty and scrapped surface area to obtain smooth finishing as required and applying one coats of weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion paint premium quality, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers ( any colour and design as approved by GE), under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square meter, top layer 15 mm white cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 white cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone (white) chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer -in -Chargescrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings icomplete all as specified and directed. Note :- Forming grove shall be paid & measured separately.

Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete

Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc complete.

M & L for RCC Design Mix 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded agg as in footings, plinth beam ,columns , beams etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length,bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns,beam hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 5 mm dia and over upto 10 mm dia in strirrups, spaces and binder and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, plinth beam , beam etc sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions square or rectangular rough finished surfaces of concrete laid flat complete all as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

S & F framed work such as in Ornamenal gate,door frame, door shuters / gate of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc complete , drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hings or steel hanging door fittings, including hings hold fast of Fe 410-W (Gde E-250 quality) etc complete all as specified.

S & F Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

S& F Mild Steel work in rafter , purlin, and other connected work including special shaped washer , nut bolt and plates etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240

M&L two coat of synthetic enamel paint (finishing coat) over one coat of primer to new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth incl prepration of surfaces complete all as specified.

M & L for preparation of old Steel and Iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as Specified and directed.

M & L for 18/20 mm thick granite (of any type) work( table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite slab including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including rounding to edge of granite as per required and including dismantling of existing granite of any description including cement mortar bedding (but not backing ) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work( table rubbed and polished) as in vertical surfaces such as skirting and dado etc and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite slab including 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3 including rounding to edge of granite as per required and including dismantling of existing granite of any description including cement mortar bedding (but not backing ) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes in Soft/loose Soil (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm,

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation etc, complete all as specified & directed

S&F Prepainted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of plain or corrugated AC sheeting any gauge thickness as in roof covering, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour as in ridges hips, vally gutter, drip and straight flashing , fixed with self tapping screws etc including dismantling of plain or corrugated AC sheetingcomplete all as specified and directed

S & F for 2 mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with additional reinforcement of chicken mess with two corrugation side lap fixed with 'L' or 'J' type or crancked hook bolts including dismantling of of existing sheeting of any type, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor or in any position and paving not exc. 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D 2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing completed all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block of any shape and size (Two colour combination) confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thick, M-40 Grade laid dry in floor/path complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block of any shape and size (Two colour combination) confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thick, M-35 Grade laid dry in floor/path complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing "RAJSHRI" Brand factory or equivalent made WPC railing combining WPC board 24 mm thick Fancy designer type grating and including WPC frame 100% solid WPC (wood polymer composite) railing of required length and of 2' to 2.5' height , comprising of virgin PVC resin of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade) , Calcium Carbonate and natural fibres (Wood Powders/rice husk//wheat husk) and non toxic additives, made from single extrusion process, WPC foam board with having minimum density 650kg/cbm and WPC frame having minimum density 780kg/cbm manufactured by "RAJSHRI" an ISO 9001-2015 certified Company, having good screw holding capacity (screw withdrawal strength of 2000N (Face) & 1100N (Edge) , Minimum comprising of 50N/mm2, Modules of elasticity 850N/mm2 and resistance of speed of flame of class A category with property of being termite/Borer free water /Moisture proof and fire resistance. For WPC railing WPC jali to be fixed with inclWPC frame of size 75x50mm with necessary supporting lengths at vertical as well as horizontal at wall frames to be fixed with 3"x3" GI 'L' or SS cleats to support vertical frame lengths including taking down exisitng RCC Jali complete all as specified and as directed incluidng taking down exisitng RCC Jali(Make : Rajshree or equivalent) (Note : The said item shall be fixed for view cutter in any positions as requirement at site)

M&L of factory made Fiberglass Reinforced Plastics (FRP) “CHAJJA” of “Fibreways” brand or equivalent 4mm thick of required colour, size and design made by Resin Transfer Moulding (RTM) Machine Technology, resulting in void free compact laminate in single piece, having smooth gradual slope curvature for easy drainage of water and duly reinforced by 2 nos. vertically and 1 no. horizontally 50x2mm thick M.S. Flat with 12mm in built hole for grouting on the existing wall along with the 50mm flanges duly inserted and sealed in the wall complete using silicon sealant from top and bottom to make it waterproof in one single piece casted monolithically including all necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed The FRP Chajja should be manufactured using unsaturated Polyester resin as per IS: 6746 duly reinforced with fiberglass chopped strand mat (CSM) as per IS: 11551, complete with protective Gelcoat UV coating on top for complete resistance from the extreme of temperature, weather & sunlight complete all as specified and directed. Note: All fittings/fixtures including in above quote rates.
