Supply, Fabrication, Transportation and installation of Squeeze Cage Rates as per WB PWD & I&WD SOR

(a) M.S. or W.I. ornamental grill of approved design joints continuously welded with M.S., W.I. flats and bars for windows ,railing etc. fitted and fixed with necessary screws and lugs in ground floor. (Add extra @1% for each addl. floor up to 4th floor and @1.25% for each addl. floor above 4th floor). (ii) Grill weighing above 16 kg./sq.m.and above .

Supplying, fitting, fixing bolts with nuts, washer: (i) 10 to 16 mm dia: (a) Length up to 75 mm @ 0.236kg/nos

Drilling holes of requisite diameter in R.S. joists channels, tees, plates etc. (i) Dia. Above 12 mm. and depth up to 10 mm.

Labour for hoisting and placing in proper position (up to 1st Floor level) department R.S. joists, channels, angles, tees, plates etc. including fitting and fixing same with bolts and nuts, if necessary (but excluding cost of such bolts and nuts.).

(A) Wood work in posts, post plates, rafters, battens, truss members, purlins etc. fitted and fixed complete (excluding the cost of bolts,paints but including the cost of nails, screw etc.) (The quantum should be corrected up to three decimals). (i) Sal : Siliguri.

(a) Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

(A) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand parpering etc. in cluding using of approved putty etc. on the surface , if necessary.
