Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area not exceeding 400 Sqm and depth exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm deep and removing the rubbish away from site to distance not exceeding 50mtrs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation n exc 30cm deep and averageing 15cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolling and consolidation formation surface in cutting using Power rollar exc 8 tonne and not exceeding 12 tonne complete all as specified and as directed.

Soling (or sub base) 150mm thick (spread thickness) with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed..

150mm thick (Compacted thickness)in two layers each of 75mm th WBM, with coarse agg of Granite trap or basalt stone of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and as directed..

Applying evenly a primming Tack coat with bitumenous primer at 10 Kg per 10 Sqm of Paving Bitumen complete all as specified and as directed.

Bitumenous premixed semidense asphaltic concrete , 40 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder cntentsby weight of total mix, rolled and campacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Continuous Brick edging with burnt clay old size bricks of sub class B with width equal to width of brick, laid dry on edge vertically complete all as specified and as directed.

Premix bituminous macadam with broken stone graded aggregate with 4% of paving bitumen binder of viscosity grade VG-30 grade by weight of total mix (Consolidated thickness 75mm or less), laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using power roller 8 to 12 tonne, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing existing black top bituminous surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air blower to remove all loose dirt/foreign materials and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer (Viscosity Grade Paving Bitumen of Grade VG-30) at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm of surface laying bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix and 4% stone dust conforming to specification for filler as per IRC-95, 1987 (filler) prepared in hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces by mechanical paver and using with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed.

Solar reflective type cat eye of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions fixed in repairs. complete all as specified and as directed.

Solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Marking lines, dashes arrows etc of any description not exceeding 10cm width/girth and not less than 2.50 mm thickness on road surface using hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint mixed with radium glass beads @ 250 gms/Sqm with automatic machine to provide reflectivity and night vision (approximate temperature being 200° Celsius at the time of laying) including cleaning the surface by removing all dirt, dust & all other foreign matters, demarcation at site and traffic control, complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

PCC(1:3:6) type C-2(Using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) to bed of drain pipe including packing under and haunching against the pipe after they are laid and tested for 150 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying and jointing Reinforced concrete pipes 150 mm, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar 1:1 complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth, for foundation, etc in any type of soil and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.
