M&L for joint free Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 8 to 9 mm thick exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm (Square/rectangular) in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 25.00 (here-in-before) but over 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) as in skirting/dado.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) for skirting / dado finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced ) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cement concrete type B0, (1:2:4) (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in benching/coping and the like including weathering slightly round or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.
