Tender for Supply of Law Books for the use of High Court of Karnataka Principal Bench, Bengaluru and the Benches at Dharwad and Kalaburagi

Annual Turnover: The Vendor should submit an annual turnover of last three years. Turnover Information along with documentary evidence in support shall be furnished.

Past Experience: The Vendor should give minimum four references of the Libraries of Reputed Legal Institutions/Organisations with whom the books are supplied. Please provide the names and contact details of the person incharge of those Libraries.

Membership of Association Provide documentary proof of your membership in any of the following Associations a)Federation of Publishers and Booksellers of India-FPBAI membership with Good Offices Committee (GOC) b) Any other State/National Associations of book suppliers.

Details of the Vender: Vendor Information shall be furnished and Vendor should have a Head Office/Regional Office in Bengaluru.

Vendors shall upload the MRP/Publishers price of the list of books in Distribution Matrix with title and author supplied as per the Appendix-A

Copies of the PAN number and GST Registration Certificate must be uploaded with the proposal

The Applicant Publisher/Distributor/Agent must be an Income Tax Assessee having filed returns in the last three assessment years.

The Publisher/Distributors/Agent should not have been placed in defaulter category by any Central /State Government Departments.
